It took a little bit of time to straighten things out to make sure we had all of the needed documents, but that was only because I placed a few of them in the incorrect folder. The agent or representative was patient and was able to locate the ones she needed to verify and then moved them to the correct folder. She went above and beyond her duties, which I appreciated.
