Hello Real Dogs, since not even the emails or contacts through your forms are getting a response from you, I’ll take my complaint here.

I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for my order #7178, placed on February 23rd.

After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I contacted Correos Express directly. They have officially confirmed in writing that the shipment (tracking number 6330002776734851) was never handed over to them by you, and therefore the order was never dispatched.

This means the order has not been fulfilled.

I first contacted you about this issue on March 3rd and have followed up several times since then. Despite this, I have not received any resolution, and it has now been over one month since the purchase was made.

Given that:

The item was never shipped
The issue was not caused by me
No resolution has been provided within a reasonable timeframe

I am requesting a full refund immediately.

Please process the refund within 5 business days. If I do not receive confirmation within this timeframe, I will proceed with a formal dispute through my payment provider and escalate the matter further.

I expect your prompt resolution.

Tuve una incidencia con la correa y me lo resolvieron esa misma semana (me contestaron-me mandaron otra-me llegó) es de agradecer que cualquier problema estás cubierto por ellos CRACIAS

We love it , he's a maxi puppy just 3months old and wearing a size M , walking with a colar didn't feel comfortable for him and with the kit he loves it, guess in few months I'll need to try the weist leash to start running with him. Thanks for your work , its very comfortable for Rico and the material very good 💙 Quick and efficient delivery. Highly recommend

Nosotros para trueno elegimos el kit de arnés, correa de manos libres y el porta bolsas, el arnés es súper cómodo y la correa es una maravilla. El envío ha sido súper rápido igual, estamos encantados, volveremos a pedir otro de otro color 💚

El arnés se ajusta perfectamente, muy buena calidad y el material es increíble. Mi perro y yo estamos súper contentos con RealDogs.

Muy recomendable para el día a día. Volveré a comprar seguro.

Una pasada!! Los arneses muy buena calidad colores muy chulos y resistentes .Amables y atentos con el cliente .

He tenido varias arneses, pero al final todos fallan porque son poco robustos.

En el caso del arnés de RealDogs, llevamos dándole guerra 8 meses y aún aguanta como el primer día.

Bought a harness and leash for my dog. First size was too big, second too small, but the team was super patient and friendly, helping us exchange twice! The final one fits perfectly, quality is great, and we love the color. Highly recommend!

I ordered a size S harness – according to the size chart available on the website –and as indicated for small breeds and when I tried it on my pet, it was too big. I requested an exchange for a size XS on Tue, 21 Oct at 13:21, and the company only responded on Friday 24 October 2025 with payment link for the shipping. On Sun, 26 Oct at 17:15 I finally received the shipping label and sent in from the Post office on 27 October. Since then no news whatsever..I emailed them on 3 NOV and 10 NOV and on 11 NOV they indicated the link to the package indicated I had not sent the package! Crazy!! I sent them the proof from the post office with the package number which was sent on 27 OCT.

I am still today on 13 NOV waiting for the new harness to be sent to me. I have sent several emails to the company either receive no response or it takes them 2-3 days to respond. Aweful customer service..dont buy here and certainly dont try and exchange anything!!

I will be exercising my consumer rights with the competent authority.

On November 6th, I received a response from you to choose which method to use for the exchange at 4:31 PM, to which I replied at 4:42 PM on the same day. Since I did not receive a response, I asked you again on November 7th, to which I again received no reply. On November 9th, I paid for the shipping of the harness (€9.59) to have the exchange made, and as of today (November 11th), I am still waiting for the shipping label to proceed with the return. I have sent several emails to the company and have received no response. I will be exercising my consumer rights with the competent authority.

The store is incredible, the harnesses are very well made and provide immense support for my dog, who is an English bulldog and very strong. The quality of the material is incredible, super resistant and washable. I recommend it 100%. My dog doesn't use any harnesses other than RealDogs.

Se ajusta muy bien al cuerpo y al enganchar la correa a la anilla delantera ni siquiera tira un poco. La correa de goma es la primera que probamos y nos parece muy cómoda y muy suave

Muy buena calidad, nos encanta el color, le ha quedado genial a mi perro, perfecto

Los artículos son de mala calidad. Una semana más tarde de su llegada, los extremos de la correa comenzaron a despegarse y caerse. Nos hemos intentado poner en contacto con ellos vía mail, o redes, y la respuesta es nula. Completamente desaconsejable la compra. Los 50 euros peor invertidos.
