Not impressed with lead times and communication
After ordering my nest of tables on 12.01.26 I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Was initially told it would be delivered on the 18th of May! Waited, 18th of May arrived and still no tables. Received an email stating it would be delivered 18th June. Not delivered and still waiting. I love the look of the furniture, however the lead times and lack of communications are just poor. My expectations have not been managed and if anything is wrong with them when they are finally delivered I’m concerned about the communication to resolve it as well as how long it would take to rectify any issues. Shame as their products look fantastic

We completely understand your frustration. Having first been given a May delivery date, followed by a further delay into June, is not the experience we want any customer to have. Your expectations have not been managed well enough, and we sincerely apologise for that.
Your nest of tables is now scheduled for delivery on 24th June. We appreciate that this has been a much longer wait than anticipated and are sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused.

Item is lovely
We ordered a sideboard from Reclaim Nation and it didn't get off to a good start when they delivered the wrong one. We then had quite a wait for them to pick up the incorrect one and deliver the new one - this was disappointing. However, customer service were easy to contact and polite. And when the correct sideboard was delivered we were very happy with the item. It was easy enough to assemble and it looks good in our room.

Very much oversold in everyway; I regret buying!
My experience with Reclaim Nation has been disappointing across quality, value, and customer experience.
I purchased items from the Brooklyn dining table and bench range (Bogart chairs) as well as furniture from the Montreal bedroom range. While the products are marketed and presented online as premium, design-led pieces, the reality of what arrived did not match that impression in my experience.
The furniture is clearly mass-produced, and in my view does not reflect the “premium” positioning or pricing.
The finish on the items I received was inconsistent and lacked the level of refinement you would reasonably expect at this price point.
The quality feels closer to bulk-manufactured imported furniture rather than bespoke or small-batch production.
It is also worth noting that the products are clearly labelled as made in Vietnam on packaging. There is nothing inherently wrong with this, but it does contrast with the premium, bespoke-style branding presented online, which sets a different expectation for many buyers.
The business appears to operate on a drop-shipped style model rather than holding stock in the UK. This results in long lead times between ordering and delivery. Customers should be aware that waiting periods can be significant, and this is not made as prominent as it should be during the purchasing process.
Customer service has been underwhelming in my experience - communication was slow and updates were not proactive. When dealing with delays or trying to get clearer delivery timelines, responses often lacked detail and clarity.
Overall, the main issue is the gap between how the brand presents itself and the actual product and service experience. The furniture may be functional, but in my experience it does not align with the premium positioning, pricing, or expectations set by the website and marketing.
I would advise potential customers to carefully consider lead times and realistic quality expectations before ordering.

Still waiting for my order it's been 7 weeks - which in itself isn't a big problem but they can't tell me when it will be delivered they just say the courier will send a text, but they don't. Asked for the courier's details so I can contact direct, but nothing.

Avoid at all costs,waited 12 weeks and no delivery.
Placed order being of April, told delivery would be in May. Was never given a tracking number and the dates they've given for delivery never happened 4 times. I've now asked for a refund and raised a dispute with this company with my bank. Be warned if you don't get your order within 2 months dispute with who you've paid also. Keep all evidence also. I've also been told they seem to be having issues with stock, couriers and delivery and can't fulfil their orders due to the influx of influencers been paid to promote their business. The company have reached out now and offered a 5 percent discount to wait longer but Im not interested now after getting the above information. I'm currently waiting a refund to make alternative arrangements for a table and chairs.

A manager has now spoken with you directly to explain the situation and to apologise for the delays and any miscommunication along the way. Unfortunately, the courier we used for your order let us down, which meant the delivery dates provided were not met. We completely understand how frustrating this has been, especially after waiting longer than originally expected.
We did offer to arrange an alternative courier to take over the delivery, although this would take some time to resolve. However, we fully respect your decision that you no longer wish to wait, and we are more than happy to process your refund so you can make alternative arrangements.
To clarify, the issue with your order was related to courier delays and fulfilment, not influencer activity or promotions. That said, we appreciate that the overall experience has not been good enough, and we’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The website made it clear all the options for tables and chairs and in what combinations. The pictures truly matched the delivered items and the packaging kept everything scratch free. Very happy with my order of the Brooklyn extendable table and chairs which was easy to put the table legs on and it’s now a centre piece for dinner parties.

Nice rustic table
The table is easy to put together, although the extension could be a better fit. It’s very easy to put together and the extension section is easy to use.
I did have to have the table legs moved further apart because I couldn’t fit two chairs ( bought elsewhere) side by side under the table. It might be helpful to include the measurement between the table legs in the details.
Delivery was great.

Order delivered swiftly..
Order delivered swiftly... chairs, minus the table which somehow had got lost! After a couple of calls we received the table a few days later which wasn't too bad.
The table and chairs are beautiful excellent quality and great value for money. We love them. Will definitely purchase furniture from reclaimnation in the future. Will highly recommend to others.

I have been thinking about buying a table from here for ages. I was worried about the quality, because they are so reasonably priced, but it is honestly fantastic. Solid wood, really good quality, sturdy table. And it has a lovely rustic look. Delivery was super quick as well, arrived in a few days! Overall excellent.

Placed an order early April
Placed an order early April, delivery was estimated for 10 days. Received an email a few days later that delivery was scheduled for June. We were really disappointed! We have moved to a new house and really needed the table and sideboard for family entertaining. I also ordered a mirror. We were so disappointed but the furniture looks stunning, worth waiting two months for. Come June the delivery was put back until July. Yesterday we received an email stating that further delays had put delivery back to August! This is totally unacceptable. Had we known from the start the length of time that we had to wait, we never would have ordered!

Having reviewed your orders, it appears there may have been some confusion between the delivery updates for the different items purchased. The dining table, bench and sideboard were ordered with an estimated lead time of 10–12 weeks, and these items remain within the originally advised timeframe. The delays communicated to you relate to the mirror, which was ordered separately with a shorter lead time and has unfortunately experienced supplier delays beyond those initially expected.
We completely appreciate how receiving updates on one item could understandably lead to concerns about the status of the wider order, and we're sorry if our communications were not as clear as they should have been.
We understand that any delay is frustrating, and we are continuing to work closely with our suppliers to minimise these occurrences and improve communication when they do arise.

If I could give this company zero stars…
If I could give this company zero stars then I would.
I purchased two sideboards on 10th March with Reclaim Nation which came to over £600.
The first delivery date I got was for May which I didn’t mind waiting until then. A few weeks later I received an email today that my ordered had been delayed until June. Ok, these things happen so I was happy to wait. Received another email in the middle of May today that my delivery was now delayed until July. This was more than annoying as this was the second time my order had been delayed but my wife liked the sideboards.
Today (2/6/26), I received another email to say that my order was delayed until August which is completely unacceptable as I would be waiting at least five months for delivery after placing my order.
If the company cannot fulfill their orders in a timely manner then I would suggest they remove the items from their website that they are struggling to meet demand.
Have contacted Reclaim Nation for a full refund and now waiting for their response.
I maybe one of the unlucky ones but to have my order delayed on multiple occasions and notified by the same generic email is completely unacceptable.

False delivery timescales and waited three months and still not received.
Ordered a sideboard that said 5-10 days delivery in March. They delayed the delivery date three times despite their website still showing the item as 5-10 days delivery throughout. The third time they delayed delivery Id had enough after waiting three months and wanted my money back.
Utterly unprofessional, false delivery timescales aimed to take peoples money and make them wait. I kept asking why is my delivery delayed but your site says 5-10 days delivery but they wouldn’t answer that.
Obviously I would not recommend this business.
