Great quality furniture! I currently own the Brooklyn dining table and chairs and the Brooklyn bookshelf. The quality is amazing, and even better knowing it’s repurposed wood. Hoping to buy more pieces from the collection in the future.

Had a lead time of 1-2 weeks. But that was a month ago.
Had a lead time of 1-2 weeks.. keep getting strung along with “order is due soon” etc.. been a month and still no sign of actually getting it, despite these ‘reassuring’ emails. Never ordering again. Can’t speak for the quality of the product.. don’t have it

Waited ages and then disappointed to find made in Vietnam and not the UK which advertising leads you towards believe, no wonder it took so long and very expensive for what it is, not sure I believe it’s reclaimed wood

The bench was delivered on a day we…
The bench was delivered on a day we told them we were on holiday and just left outside. We had to get a neighbour to collect it and hold it until we got back home. It was damaged.
They arranged a collection and replacement, again on a time we said we would not be in the house and now we have to wait another 2 weeks for them to deliver again.
We bought a table from them previously which we love and the furniture they sell is beautiful but the delivery is terrible

The order should not have been delivered and left outside on a date when you had already advised that you would be away. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to arrange for a neighbour to take it in, only to then find that it was damaged.
We appreciate that the replacement collection was also booked for a time when you had advised you would not be at home. This is not the level of service we expect from our delivery partners, and we are sorry that you now have a further wait for the replacement.

Absolutely love the rustic finish and how the extension folds away into the centre of the table.

Never turned up, constant delays. Had to get a refund.
Ordered a sideboard showing 7-14 days delivery. Over 2 months on they were giving me yet longer delivery timescales after moving the dates twice. All the while it still showed 7-14 days. Had to cancel and it was a bonus as I found a much better one elsewhere and bought a coffee table and lamp table in the same design.

Stunning, amazing quality
I ordered the Brooklyn extending table with bench from the express delivery section, it’s absolutely stunning I’m so happy with it! It’s so well made, solid and made from quality materials. Assembly was really easy and took a matter of minutes, It was delivered within the time frame stated when ordering and the delivery guys were lovely. 100% would recommend this company!

Nice unit...however the delivery not so!
The unit is lovely. Darker than in the pictures and a very matt finish. I would say it is nearer to a walnut colour. Unfortunately the delivery was a bit stressful. The chaps turned up and placed the unit in my room, however they had left the box upside down. I asked them to turn it the correct way, which they did, however one of the drivers wasn't happy about this and complained it wasn't his job. He then asked me to sign the delivery sheet, however under the terms and conditions of the sale, it states that I have signed the delivery sheet acknowledging I have inspected my bought product and agreed there is no damage to the product and no damage to my property. Well, did this same driver not have a complete temper tantrum and he was asked to leave my property while I was un-boxing it to inspect it. The other older driver was apologetic and I actually pointed out this statement on the delivery sheet above my signature. Really the driver that clearly cannot control his temper should not be in the job role. Had this experience not happened it would have been 5 stars. Well done to the driver that let down the delivery service.

No customer service and no table
We ordered 15 days ago and noted when ordering that in Scotland it could take 10 days. since then there has been no changes to the order tracker it is still sitting at order placed and have had no email updates.
We have called twice to be told that it's with the courier and they would be in touch with us. again we have have heard nothing.
Now when I am trying to call, I am constantly getting an O2 answer service

Forged Signature, Missing Goods, No Refund — Forced Into a Chargeback
I ordered a table and chairs from Reclaim Nation with written confirmation that delivery would take place during the week beginning 8th June. This mattered because the delivery address was a property we were completing on 5th June — it was completely vacant and nobody was living there.
Instead, I received a notification that the delivery was being made weeks early, to the empty property. When I contacted Reclaim Nation, I was told “not to worry” and that they would sort it. They didn’t. I was then informed the goods had been “accepted” at the address — impossible, because the property was vacant.
The next day I was told the delivery company had tried to recover the items but they were now “missing”. During this call it also emerged that the delivery driver had forged my signature to claim the delivery was accepted. I was nowhere near the property at the time.
After this, I told Reclaim Nation I wanted to cancel the order because the situation was completely unacceptable. Instead of processing the cancellation or refund, they claimed another table and chairs would be delivered on 8th June. I emailed both Reclaim Nation and the delivery company instructing them to stop the delivery. Nothing arrived — and I have had no contact and no refund since.
I have now had to pursue a chargeback through my bank because Reclaim Nation have ignored every opportunity to resolve this.
This has been one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had: forged signatures, missing goods, false delivery claims, and total silence when asked for a refund! AVOID!

We are very sorry for the experience you have had and for the frustration this situation has caused.
When you asked for the delivery to be delayed, we confirmed that request and instructed the courier to hold the order. By that point, however, the goods had already been passed to the courier, which is why you received their delivery notification.
The subsequent delivery should not have taken place while the order was on hold, and the concerns raised regarding the proof of delivery and signature are extremely serious. We are investigating these matters fully with the courier.
Once the issue was reported, we worked to arrange a replacement delivery for the date you had originally requested. However, when you then asked to cancel the order, we accept that our customer service team did not deal with that request as promptly or clearly as they should have. This is something we are reviewing internally to ensure it does not happen again.
We understand why you have raised a chargeback and have confirmed that we will accept this and will not contest it.
We sincerely apologise for the disruption, lack of communication and stress caused.

Brilliant service from starting with the order until the delivery. Any questions were quickly answered. The large chest of drawers is just what I needed and great quality. Would definitely use them again!
