Delayed again
We ordered a London Extendable Dining table on 1 June, with an expected delivery date of mid July.
Come that time we were told, after chasing them twice for a date, that there had been an error and the delivery to Reclaim Nation contained only larger tables and not the size we had ordered. We were offered the larger size for the same price but we could not accommodate that size. Instead we accepted a 10% discount and an assurance that delivery would be by mid September.
Well here we are in mid September and no table. We have chased them again several times and, while they are always polite and prompt in their replies, we still have no table. What we have just had is a reply to yet another email saying that Reclaim Nation expects to receive the table into their warehouse on 22 October and that they will pass it on to the courier within a week. So we are now looking at early November before we get the table.
Given that this is a 5 month timescale against the 6-7 week timescale we were expecting, I have to wonder what sort of company this is.

You placed your order back on 1st June expecting delivery within weeks, not months, and we completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this has become. We also appreciate that you have already been patient after the first delay, accepted the 10% discount and waited again on the understanding that your table would arrive by mid September.
To now be advised that the table is expected into our warehouse on 22nd October is understandably very upsetting. Although our team has tried to respond to your emails promptly, we know that polite replies do not make up for the fact that you still do not have the table you ordered.
Weâre really sorry that we have let you down. This is not the experience we wanted you to have, and we fully understand why you feel so disappointed.
As soon as the table arrives with us, we will pass it to the courier as quickly as possible and continue to keep you updated.

Extremely frustrating delivery experience â Order #23975
UPDATE: 17 Sept - given delivery window of 1248-1448. It's now 1509 and the table is nowhere to be seen. This is not just inconsistent logistics - it's a complete failure of fulfilment on multiple levels, and complete disrespect of customers' time, attention and patronage.
We ordered a Brooklyn 10-person extendable dining table (180â240cm) and bench from Reclaim Nation, costing almost £800.
On Thursday evening, we were told the order would arrive Friday morning. We stayed home and waited, but the delivery never arrived.
I contacted customer service and received a reply on Saturday saying they would investigate and get back to me. Nobody did.
On Monday, I then received an email saying the order had been delivered. Shortly afterwards, another email arrived apologising for the error and providing a tracking link instead. The tracking showed the order was out for delivery that day, so once again we stayed home waiting.
At around 4:30pm, after tracking it all day, the status suddenly changed to ârefused; not booked in.â Nobody had attempted delivery, nobody contacted us, and we certainly did not refuse anything.
So we have now wasted two separate days waiting at home for this delivery, received contradictory information about whether it had been delivered, and still do not know when our almost £800 order will actually arrive.
Mistakes happen, but the combination of two failed delivery days, inaccurate status updates and a lack of proactive communication is unacceptable.
I would like Reclaim Nation to explain what has happened, locate our order and provide a firm delivery date.
I will update this review if and when the matter is resolved.

Great products but dismal after service
Purchased a table and 4 chairs in store in Wilton after purchasing a couple of ither things there. Service in store was brilliant.
Upon delivery the fabric on 3 of the 4 chairs was damaged by the way they were packed in the box and the legs rubbing on the fabric. Arranged for replacement chairs to be sent and the damaged ones picked up.
3 chairs arrived and 1 had damaged fabric. Arranged for a replacement.
1 chair arrived damaged again.
This time I phoned the number on the website and asked to speak to a manager to make a formal complaint.
Customer services: sorry I'm only sales.
Me: would you be able to give me a phone number?
CS: sorry they all work at home.
Me: do they not have a work phone?
CS: no sorry
So...I emailed again asking to make a formal complaint and got the usual 'we're so sorry...' email.
Replacement chair has been delivered and, guess what, fabric is damaged. Whoever packed it didn't even open the protective packaging (that had holes in it where the damage was) to check whether it was ok before packing it.
Here we go again....

I love the look of the table and benches. I especially like that they are extendable. They fit perfectly in the space.
Solidly built and easy to assemble, I would say that they are heavy so best if you have someone to help you move them. I just have one more bench to assemble.
Delivery was great, arrived in the time slot given. Very well packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Absolutely and utterly appalling
This company probably has one of the worst customer services in the UK. Also impossible to contact - I have emailed loads of times (noone has bothered responding), tried calling (answer machine), and online chat (not available) - and all very much within working hours. My last "dealings" was with someone called Charlotte, who ASSURED me my sideboard would FINALLY be delivered by yesterday (8th Sep) at the LATEST - as I have now been waiting nearly 4.5 months! - and guess what, nothing was delivered. To quote Charlotte: "We will proceed as agreed and follow everything closely from our side to ensure the sideboard is delivered to you by Tuesday 8th September at the latest." ... And yet absolutely NOTHING, NO sideboard, and ZERO communication. Absolutely and utterly appalling.

However, we understand that the delivery did not go smoothly, including the courier providing time windows and then attending outside of these, which caused further frustration.
While we did take the steps agreed to get the sideboard to you, we fully appreciate that the overall experience has still fallen well below the standard you should expect. Weâre sorry that you have been left chasing for updates and that communication has not been clear enough.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience
I checked the measurements of the Montreal king-size bed three times before ordering with the in store team and online, as space was limited. I was assured each time that it was 205cm deep.
When the bed arrived, the box stated 214cm. I contacted the store and was told this must be a printing error and to go ahead with assembly. Unfortunately, the bed was the wrong size.
Iâm still waiting for a refund, collection and a response from customer services, despite contacting the store several times. My initial experience with the in store team was excellent, but the way this issue has been handled has been extremely disappointing.
I wouldnât order from here again due to this issue however the bed did look good quality, delivery was also pretty good for us so no complaints there.
