Bought a small table and two stools in flat pack. Excellent quality and look as good in real life as on the website.
Only 4 stars though because there are a couple of âbutsââŠ
Firstly I spoke to two people over the phone about delivery, both of whom were quite curt, one was verging on rude.
Secondly, it isnât made clear on the website that the furniture is made in Vietnam and transported to the UK. I try to be environmentally responsible and this isnât!
Thirdly, two different size bases were sent, presumably to give a choice. Choice is good but why not ask before delivery rather than leaving me with a heavy chunk of metal to dispose of?
Just to say, after moaning, the delivery drivers were brilliant -,polite and helpful. Gold star for them!

It looks nothing like the picture no colour at all made from cheap pallet wood by a 13 year old from school and the glass mirror rattles around in the frame . . I would not bother with this company there are better reclaimed companys out there amd thats a fact. Try rcc reclaimed furniture a much better company. In relation to your response.nyou have only one mayfiar mirror advertised on your site, the one advertised is in colour there is no mirror like that with no colour on your web site. The wardrobe we bought is nice, I would say itâs not quite the solid / heavy quality we expected for the description or price but it is nice and looks good. Putting it together was fine.
Delivery was massively delayed with minimal communication causing us some issues with not having storage for months and changing plans late because the information on delivery was both late coming and vague at times. I love the ethos but I donât think Iâd buy from them again.

New dining table
Good communication re delivery , table is well made & sturdy , however we can only give 3 star as 1 table leg didnât have the requisite hole to put the bolt through . As we both have medical issues it was too heavy to repackage table for reissue by company , we wrote to the company via email , as luckily we have a very experienced joiner working for us - who remedied hole issue , wanted to check that 2yr guarantee would be honoured & since checking on the site the table had been reduced in price by £200 .
To date we have not had a response from the company .
Sadly We are not impressed however table is a quality product .

Beautiful furniture that took a while to arrive!
We bought a tv stand and dining table with chairs. All pieces are really beautiful, stylish and clearly great quality. The wood has a really smooth, fine finish. Fitting the legs to everything was easy.
The one drawback was delivery took 2 months and I had to chase it a couple of time as had no idea where it had got to after the first delivery estimate passed. The delivery company then cancelled our slot last minute and finally ended up delivering at 6am.
Wonderful furniture now we have it but just be prepared to wait longer than expected.

Ordered a table and bench and realised the square legs did not go in my new living kitchen area.
Contacted the company and I have to say the response time was incredible and they were more than accommodating.
Arranged collection of my current table and bench and easily paid the difference and said I would receive the table and bench in replacement, the day that the collection was made.
The process was easy and I am now waiting for confirmation of a delivery/collection.

I think this company are possibly the worst we have ever had to deal with.
The advertising and social media presence are very clever and make their products look stunning and eco friendly. And, TBH you would think it was all recycled in the UK. We ordered our Tulsa extending table and eagerly awaited our new piece of furniture. I asked for the date it was due to be with us and happily took time off work to accept the delivery. Only to find out on the day it was meant to come that it would be 48 hours later than advised. Reclaim Nation blame the courier, they blame the company. I have since found out the table wasn't ready in time. On arrival we eagerly open the well packaged table and see a lovely large 'Made In Vietnam' sticker, so much for thinking it was manufactured in the UK. It is reasonably well made, but when fully open has two chunks cut out that are visible on the top (where the hinges go) which look awful. This is poor manufacturing and quality control. We immediately notify them and request a replacement. After receiving the normal placating emails and a lead time of approx 7 weeks for another one, (despite their website showing 5 to 10 days for new orders). We patiently wait for the time to pass and contact them a few days before it is allegedly due, only to be advised it would be another 2 - 3 weeks. It is very obvious that the replacement wasn't ordered until I chased them. We get offered a megre £40 to continue waiting, which we decline and request a full refund + collection of the table we have. Then starts the process of trying to get them to collect the damaged one. This is delayed and we receive lovely lip service emails with apologies and placations, thanking us for our patience. I discover that nothing was arranged with the courier until I chased them.
This company is nothing but a shambles and aren't in the slightest bit interested if there is an issue. They are happy to take your money, but any form of customer service doesn't really exist, unless you like waffle that means absolutely nothing. Thankfully the table eventually gets uplifted and we have a refund back onto the credit card after further emails. Which TBH was actually reasonably quick.
Originally ordered 15th June, delivered 6th July, money eventually put back on our credit card 28th August. Over 2.5 months of chaos, emails and stress with no dining table to show for it.
