Great value for money
your products are priced right , and wood should last hundreds of years and reused. Only complaint is some of the wood is still too rough and have gotten a few splinters. but overall i love the rustic look and feel.

The rustic Mayflower
I fell in love with he Mayflower sideboard when I saw it on an advert. I had to have it for my garden room. Ordering was easy and delivery fairly quick,
It has met all my expectations and looks very rustic in my garden room

Quality product but let down by poor communication and organisation.
I placed an order for a dining room tables, chairs and bench on 4 August. After hastening delivery on 18 August I was told it had been despatched on 21 August...despite tracking information still showing it is still being prepared for despatch. Yesterday I was told P2P (the couriers) have the item and would call me today to discuss delivery. They havn't. So far, a lot of empty promises despite many hastening emails and still no sign of my goods.
The goods have now arrived (31 August). It is of very high quality and I am very happy with the product. It is such a shame that the experience getting it was so poor.

Absolutely love our new Tulsa extra large extendable table and extendable bench. They came within two days of ordering, packing was immaculate and recyclable. Such gorgeous products exactly as picture, so well engineered. My favourite place in the house to sit.

Table top surface not as expected
Good communication, timely delivery. However, delivered in a flat pack box so impossible to assess the piece quality / finish on delivery.
The table surface wasn’t as polished as the pictures suggest. Rather dull and i’m going to need to polish it myself.

Lovely Table
Our extendable table was delivered within the 2-3 week time frame listed. It is a lovely table and we are very pleased with it. It's sturdy and it looks nice in our dining area. The only reason I've given 4 stars rather than 5 is because the packet of fixings was not sealed and 2 of the washers were missing. My husband had to go and buy some. They only cost 50p so not a big deal but we did expect the table to be delivered with all the fixings required.

Very well packaged, so easy to assemble, outstanding quality and great value for money! Would highly recommend - we are a family of 6 and need something sturdy. These tables are so well made. We went for the Brooklyn and absolutely love it !!!

Great furniture and customer service
I recently ordered the Tulsa Dark Extendable Dining Table and Bench, along with the Sarah Grey Dining Chair Set of 2, from Reclaim Nation and I’m really pleased with my purchase.
The furniture looks fantastic and feels well made. The Tulsa table and bench have a stylish, rustic look, while the Sarah Grey chairs complement them perfectly.
I was also really impressed with the after sales customer service. I reached out to share some feedback regarding the delivery of my furniture and they seemed to genuinely listen to what I had to say and went above and beyond to help, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a great experience from ordering through to after sales support. I’d definitely recommend Reclaim Nation.

We ordered a table and 2 benches which was due Monday 17th
On the 17th August we had 2 benches delivered and no table.
I emailed the company to ask when the table was due they said there had been an error and the table would be sent to the P2P carrier on Wednesday
I still haven't heard anything ive tried calling and emailing but no answer.
I'm worried that this table won't arrive and we have paid for it and only received 2 benches.
Please can you confirm ASAP when I will expect delivery or I will have to cancel for a refund.

When we ordered we were told it was going to be a few weeks delivery.
This ended up being 3 months.
When it did arrived it was damaged.
We asked it to be replaced which they said would be 1-2 weeks.
Then we were told it would be another 3 months.
