Absolutely fantastic customer service from Reclaim Nation - genuinely some of the best Iâve ever experienced.
I contacted them shortly before delivery because Iâd realised Iâd ordered the wrong piece of furniture and wanted to swap it for a desk that would better match the rest of my order. Initially it looked as though the order had already gone too far through the dispatch process to make any changes, which I completely understood.
However, the team then went above and beyond. They located the desk I wanted at their courier warehouse, managed to amend the order before delivery, and saved me the hassle and cost of receiving and returning the original item.
That level of effort and customer care is incredibly rare. Communication throughout was quick, friendly and genuinely helpful, and I was so impressed by how much they did to get everything sorted for me.
Weâve now received the furniture and are absolutely thrilled with it. The quality of the wood is fantastic and the pieces are even better in person. They really feel like furniture weâve invested in and will keep forever.
I was torn between a couple of different places when deciding where to order from, but Iâm so pleased I chose Reclaim Nation. Between the quality of the furniture and the exceptional customer service, the whole experience has been brilliant.
I already canât wait to order more - the hard part is choosing what! Couldnât recommend them highly enough.

Lovely furniture, very poor aftercare
I bought a lovely set of 2 chairs, a table and a bench from Reclaimnation for our new home. We had no issues at the time and the set itself is lovely. This week I noticed that the wood on the table had started to split and peel along the grain next to a pre-existing knot in the wood, leaving a very sharp edge that was lifting from the table. I am not sure what has caused this other than potentially it just being extremely hot and dry this summer. We have regularly waxed the table as advised and looked after it. I reached out to Reclaimnation asking what advice they would give to treat the wood, as I didn't want to go in all guns blazing with a sander and make a mess of it.
The first email response I got was very apologetic, and stated this was "very rare" and they would "update [me] right away with the next steps", that they "truly value [my] custom an will do our utmost to resolve this for [me] as quickly as possible".
The next email I received was from a different member of staff and it stated that because I purchased it 15 months ago it was not their problem and they would not replace the table. Firstly, I stated in my original email my order number so they will have known from the first reply how long I had owned the table. Secondly, I never asked for a replacement, refund or compensation - I just asked them for some advice on treating the wood to alleviate the problem without ruining the table. Thirdly, Reclaimnation offers a 2 year warranty on all its products - something I didn't know about when I reached out to them.
I pointed out to them that I only wanted advice, and the third email (sent from yet another member of staff) said that they would not provide any advice on how to treat the wood - essentially, 'it's your problem now'. The first two emails seemed to accept that this was a fault in the wood, but the third and final email insinuated that it was some damage that we must have caused ourselves - looking at the way the wood has split along the grain and the natural shape of the wood I cannot see how this could have been caused by us - there has been no rough use of the table.
The whole thing has left a really sour taste, because at no point have I asked for anything other than a bit of advice on how to treat the wood - the sharp corner is not ideal and I am worried it will snag on clothing or give someone a scratch or splinter, and I don't want to do anything that's going to ruin the whole table - when you pay over £500 for a table you don't want to ruin it, especially when you've got the bench and chairs to match! The most frustrating part is the total U-Turn in Reclaimnation's response - firstly they were falling over themselves to endeavour to resolve the problem and then all of a sudden they weren't willing to do anything at all, not even give some advice on how to repair the table.

I am not one to leave reviews but I have never experienced such a shocking service.
I ordered a bench and fixed table 3 months ago. It kept being pushed back. When I eventually got through to customer service, it was agreed I could be upgraded to the extendable version of the table as mine was not in stock, which is shocking in its self as this was not noted on the website. Last week I recieved the table but they forgot to ship the bench. They are now trying to ship the bench from my original order which is too big and small for the extendable table. I was rudely responded to over email by customer service asking I state clearly what I want. Its not rocket science... send the bench that fits the table.3 months in and hundreds of pounds down and I cant even sit at my table. I bought this table set for my first home and im utterly devestated by the whole process. I live in scotland not outer mongolia. Ive been offered a meagre 25 pound compensation but still have no answers on where my bench is.....
If you like to stand while eating and a great deal of gaslighting, I suggest you buy from here.
