Pelo preço de 50€ pensei que as sandálias CUSHION PHANTOM 2.0 Olive/Gum durassem pelo menos um verão, no entanto estão literalmente a desfazer-se e não tenho feito uma utilização propriamente frequente. São de facto confortáveis, não podem ser é descartáveis...

My original reefs were fantastic the new pair i bought which are made in China, Chinese rubbish are awful. Advice don't by reefs they are now made in china

Firstly, amazing sandals, very comfortable and the sole is tough too, I purchased the Fanning Pregame range and I highly recommend them.
Arrived quickly with no issues, purchased Friday, arrived Monday.
People mention the price being too expensive, but I think the quality and comfort reflects that. You get what you pay for, and I will be buying again

Extreem slechte klantenservice van Reef.
Een paar maanden volledig tevreden geweest over mijn teenslippers tot plotseling het teenstuk losschoot. Hiervan melding gemaakt bij de klantenservice en die zeggen doodleuk, dat kan alleen opgelost worden via de winkel. Dat die dingen op vakantie gekocht zijn in Maastricht, hier 130 km vandaan doet er niet toe. Dit is toch iemand met een kluitje in het riet sturen. Heb ik het nog niet eens over het feit dat ik een paar km van huis was en op m'n blote voeten naar huis moest omdat er niet meer mee te lopen was.
Hun hebben toch, weliswaar via een winkel, een wanproduct geleverd.
Los het dan ook op aub.

Placed an order directly from Reef July 2, order was handeded off to fedex on July 5. According to fedex, the order has been approx 75 miles away from my house since then. Contacted FedEx and Reef for resolution. Fedex just routes you back to their tracking app which is useless. Reef just keeps saying give them one more day to deliver. Complete garbage. Had to end up filing a dispute with the bank to resolve the issue and get my money back. Will be the last time I ever attempt to purchase a Reef product. Their customer service is terrible.

Ordered the sliders to replace old ones but they are not sized correctly and too small. Trying to return is impossible, they are not interested - can’t just be one pair at fault!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and had to return them because they were too small. I followed their return directions completely requesting 2 new pair in a larger size. I was emailed that one pair was out of stock and the other pair would be resent. I did get a refund for one OOS pair but never received a replacment for the second pair. I inquired on the delay with no response. I then asked for a refund for the second pair. I was told that my refund request was going to get an "expedited review" by their internal team. Ha! It's now more than three weeks and still no answer. Any replies appear to be AI generated. Totally unacceptable! I'm guessing they are 2 guys working out of a garage! You're better off spending your money with a more reputable organization.

Reef cushion slippers extreem slechte kwaliteit. Na 3 weken de achterzijde al helemaal plat gelopen tot op de grond. Mag toch wel meer verwachten van slippers van 50 euro. Gekocht in surfshop in Spanje dus klantenservice kan er niets mee. Moet toch een bekend probleem zijn

Purchased a pair of Kids totally beachin sandals for my Grandson. I have been wearing Reef Fannings for years, there 6 pairs in my closet. About 4 weeks after getting them the Velcro stopped sticking. No big deal I think, just email, let them know about the issue (as its likely I'm not the only one with the problem) get a return # send them back and get a new pair. NOPE, I send the email and a I get laundry list of things I'm supposed to do like take pictures of the production codes on them and email them. For a $20.00 pair of sandals, really ? I own 3 companies, you know what we do when a customer has a $20.00 problem? We verify the receipt and send the customer a replacement item, it's called customer service. After multiple emails I threw the things in the trash and Reef just lost a long time customer. Don't waste your time if like good customer service, Reef doesn't have it.

Jack besteld. Pas na 3 weken ontvangen uit China. Maat L bleek nog kleiner dan normale medium. Wil dus retour sturen. Jeecey wil eerst foto's hebben. Foto gestuurd met onder de aankoop een eigen jack maat L. Duidelijk te zien dat het veel te klein is. Dat wordt ook bevestigd. Als je terug wilt sturen moet het naar China op eigen kosten of je mag het houden en krijg dan 30% van de aankoopsom. Na veel heen en weer mailen uiteindelijk maar voor de 30% retour gekozen. Nu weer enkele weken verder en niets meer gehoord. Kortom, dit zijn oplichters. Niet daar iets bestellen dus ! Mart

I recently ordered the Cushion Vista Hi sandals, but the straps are too wide, making them difficult to walk in. Since these sandals are made in Vietnam and there are no width options available, I believe there should be a recommendation to refer to the size guide. Many customers may not realize that Reef shoes are made in Vietnam, which can influence the ordering process. Simply knowing your shoe size might not prompt someone to check the size guide.

I reviewed the size guide and discovered that I should have ordered a half size down (7.5). Typically, I order size 8 for all my shoes, including sandals and tennis shoes, and that size fits perfectly.

I went to the reef website and sorted for sandals with arch support. I ordered a pair and received a pair with zero arch support. The customer service for returns was time-consuming and not very helpful as they could not identify a pair of sandals that had arch support to exchange.
They then charged $8 to return their mistake. It sucks to see a company I want to support go wrong. They just lost a customer for eight dollars. I wonder what the acquisition cost for new customers is?

I ordered a pair of shoes from Reef on May 13 and still have not received them. When I first contacted customer service, I was told to wait an additional 5 business days. After waiting, I reached out again on June 10. Since then, I have sent 6–7 emails and have received absolutely no response.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I will never purchase from Reef again and would not recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointing.

Abysmal Customer Service & Zero Responsiveness
I am incredibly frustrated with my experience trying to resolve a simple issue with this company.

Immediately after placing my order, I realized I needed to update the shipping address and emailed customer service right away. I received absolutely no response. I followed up the exact next day, only to be ignored a second time.

It was only after the item was shipped to the incorrect address that customer service finally bothered to reply to me—solely to state that the order had shipped and it was now "too late" to change anything.

The complete lack of timely communication and total disregard for urgent customer emails is unacceptable. If someone reaches out immediately after ordering, there is no excuse for ignoring them until it's too late to fix the mistake. This is incredibly poor customer service, and I will not be purchasing from Reef again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a pair of Fanning +- and within 6 weeks they developed a serious fault rendering them unwearable. Have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and they just ignore me. Have reached out on social media and, again, completely ignored. The customer services is absolutely shocking. For a pair of flip flops that cost £80 they should last more than 6 weeks!

Horrendous company, will take your money and then ignore all contact. Money down the drain. I suggest people buy their sandals from a supermarket as they will last far longer!

Customer Service is aweful. Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers and had an issue with gray pair digging into foot. Took 3 days for them to respond to 1st email and still waiting for them to respond to pictures I sent.

Jarenlang met plezier Reef gedragen. Tegenwoordig helaas heeft Reef de boel niet meer op orde. De maten kloppen niet meer en daar waar andere slippers (van€15) gewoon grip houden glij ik weg met mijn €65 Reefs. Waardeloos…geen Reef meer voor mij.

I would give them an -0 star if it was available. They don’t answer the phone and do not return calls. They do finally answer the email, with an answer that doesn’t work because they don’t recognize the order number from my order. I will NEVER order from them again!
