We’re delighted to hear that your orders have arrived within a reasonable time and that you’ve found both our service and products reliable and as expected. It really does mean a lot to us that you’d happily continue buying from A&H.

We also appreciate your comments on pricing and shipping. Unfortunately, shipping costs have continued to rise, and as a result we made the difficult decision to remove our free shipping over £100 offer from the website in 2025. That said, feedback like yours is always valuable and helps us as we continue to review what we can offer customers.

As much as we’d like to help, customised items can’t be exchanged or returned once produced, as outlined in our policy. Since each one is made to a customer’s specific requirements, there’s no guarantee that another customer would purchase the exact same size and badge combination, which is why the policy is in place.
