Subject: Request for Warranty Claim and Refund for Defective AirPods
I am extremely disappointed with my recent AirPods purchase. The right AirPod refuses to charge and even loses battery while supposedly charging. Additionally, the battery performance of these AirPods is unacceptable. I tested them and found that the AirPods lose about 40% of their battery within the first hour of use, and the charging case is completely drained after recharging the AirPods just twice.
Furthermore, the buttons are overly sensitive, causing calls to disconnect if I try to wear the AirPods during a call. I have also noticed connectivity issuesâboth AirPods frequently lose connection with each other, making them unreliable for use.
I have sent multiple emails this morning and attached screenshots illustrating the issues, but I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is highly frustrating and unacceptable.
I have tried to call them but no one picking up phone and returning calls if I left voice mail.
I have owned Apple AirPods before and never experienced such problems. I deeply regret purchasing this product from your website.
