Signs they are counterfeit:
No raised airpod image on the box
Says âMade in Chinaâ not âMade in Vietnamâ
Low quality sound, no surround sound, lack of bass
The case is clanky and cheap
No identifiable serial number

I bought my son AirPods last December 2024. Theyâve worked fine however one has stopped working. I emailed to ask if the warranty was still in place. Joanne emailed me straight back and said that there is a 1 year warranty that had unfortunately run out. I asked how could it have run out if it was a 12 month warranty starting in December 2024 but it was only August 2025. Absolutely nobody is responding to my emails now

Ordered the air pod pro with chargerâŠ
Ordered the air pod pro with charger and cable. Was obviously fake when they arrived, very cheap copies, box had no details at all, in sealed packaging (visually similar to the £6 market ones) so obviously not genuine.
I paid close to £70 for all.
I requested to return them so followed the instructions they gave me.
In sent all the kit back, registered, and they recieved them ( proof of email from them and picture from the postal service)
I was asked for my bank details so they could refund but 3 weeks later I still haven't had a refund or response .

I ordered a pair of headphones from this website, which advertised them as original. When they arrived, it was immediately clear they were fake â cheap packaging, poor quality, and nothing like the genuine product.

CHEAP CHINA PRODUCTS BEING SENT
Updated review : Advertised Apple products and sent me some cheap pair of Airpods from China that had bits falling off them! 100% NOT Apple products. They had a brand name on them and when I googled it they were approx £7 from China. Had a lot of back and forth regarding a refund but I did eventually receive one in the end albeit slightly less due to exchange rates. Did not receive my postage back though so still out of pocket even though they sent me a defective product.
Just avoid at all costs and like they say in their reply to my review, stick to the original products from reputable companies rather than paying £40 for fake airpods which cost them a couple of quid and then fall apart in your ear! :-)
