So far so good. Months ago I wouldn't have considered using a refurbished electrical item before but the ethics are spot on and is probably the way forward so long as the safety aspect is adhered to.... もっず芋る

iMac secondhand keyboard purchase

iMac keyboard purchased was advertised as very good condition however arrived with a damaged corner - it was very well packaged so it was clearly shipped with the damage rather than damaged in transit
The k/b is completely functional however the fact the cosmetic damage was not detailed in the listing would discourage me from using Refurbo in the future

Thank you for your feedback. We would just like to confirm that in the product description it does suggest that you can expect to see 'light to medium marks to the silver casing' due to it being graded as 'Very Good' Refurbished condition item.

I received excellent service

I received excellent service, helpful staff. The printer was delivered within 2 days. Thank you very much. My nephew is yet to set up and use the printer. I'm sure he'll find the videos on your website very helpful.

Toshiba laptop

I bought from refurbo again because I was so satisfied with my refurbished Lenovo laptop I bought last year - did not look refurbished. The Toshiba laptop I bought now showed signs of being a second hand one - which shouldn't be a surprise. Nevertheless, it works great. The delivery was superb - fast! Thank you

Great macbook pro charger

Great macbook pro charger, seemed brand new. Way better than the non-official piece of junk I bought from Amazon (please avoid those, sparks started coming out of the frayed cable after about 2 months of use)
