Worst company and service ever
They replaced our elevator cabin in January after 1 year of service issues.
All property owners paid a fee to replace it and regent installed a system where the alarm button ,takes you down to floor -1 ,once pressed and there it stays until maintainance comes to restart it.
Elevator is stuck on -1 every weekend and itâs now 4 months ,this is being reported ,they come to fix it on tuesdays /Wednesdays and it is stuck again on Thursdays or Fridays. Basically we have a functioning elevator 2 days per week if we are lucky ,we got no explanations and no support . Slow response and their headquarter is 10 my away from the building . Elevator was operating better before changes . They also replaced broken parts on January declaring via official email a potential suspended service for 3 days-6 weeks instead .
Awful. No customer care .
And if contacted by tenants ,they snap back tearing you poorly as we youâre not a flat owner .
Mediocre,poor service ,rude ,inefficient
