Friendly & Helpful staff who can offer great advice and answer any questions you have. Regs is still one of the best kink shops in London with something for most kinks.

Friendly helpful staff.

Allowed plenty of time to try things on without pressure but as soon as I needed something a member of staff was there with help and advice. Couldn't fault them.

Never fails to surprise. One of the last real leather stores in town. Amazing staff.

this company are only intrested in taking your money as soon as there a problem with the delivery they dont want to know and tell you to contact the post office and the post office tell you to contact the seller

Friendly welcome on both floors. Left to browse without being pestered and invited to try things on before purchasing.

Nice but pricey products, normally decent quality.....But the delivery is shocking don't bother paying for next day delivery as it won't arrive the next day as they process orders after the courier has been.
Next time I'll just go into clone zone and buy instore.

The store has a great selection and it’s displayed well. Their selection of leather and latex is top notch and top quality. Everyone a who works there is friendly and helpful.

Absolute terrible customer service. An order was placed by mistake and after contacting the company just a few hours later I was told they couldn’t stop or change the order. At this time the order had not been processed or had it been shipped to me. No shipping confirmation email was sent to me to confirm anything had been shipped.

I asked could the order be cancelled. The customer service representative Aryn said it couldn’t be done and was very unhelpful. All it needed was a phone call to another member in the team to cancel the order, something most companies wouldn’t hesitate to do for a customer with an incorrect order. He explained the items would need to be sent to me and then I would need to return it back to them, wasting both time and money for both parties.

The item arrived was delivered and not signed for by me but another person in my house which was then opened due to the name being incorrect on the parcel, which was very embarrassing. I have now had to send the parcel straight back for a refund am I am awaiting a reply. Aryn didn’t want to help me in anyway and was very dismissive about my order. This process has been a nightmare start to finish. I will never order anything from this company again. Avoid them at all costs guys!!!!

Never had a better experience in a store like this before - the person who wore a fisherman beanie, kind smile and fabulous purple nails assisting with my purchases was extremely knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in and showed a tremendous amount of compassion and empathy when I mentioned that I'm a recovering addict who was potentially wanting to purchase poppers (safe to say, I didn't purchase them) Definitely going to be visiting again and love the team dynamic - a lot of laughs had together with the great staff and can't wait for my next visit!
