I ordered two products from Reliefly. I believed that the company was based in the United States, it is NOT! When I attempted to return my $100 purchase, the return address was in mainland China! I went to the Post Office, and the charge to mail it back was going to be $59.50! I repeatedly asked them for an address here in the USA, but they would not provide one. Very disappointed. Very deceptive in their advertising. Do not buy from them!

Defective can not even turn it on! The faceplate was damaged in manufacturing - it is missing a chunk of plastic! I have no idea if it even works since I can't turn it on. I spent top dollar for this item, waited an unreasonable amount of time for it to get here and it now it doesn't even turn on, What a frigin sham.

I purchased the Arm Sleeve in hopes of relieving just a little of the pain that I experience 24/7. Not being able to sleep much at night because of the pain in my right shoulder I was hopeful for a little relief. The advertising is misleading as it hasnât reduced any of the pain Iâm going through. Whilst I realize I probably need to have surgery to solve my problems your Ad makes it sound like it helps everyone which is not the case. Wouldnât suggest anyone with any sort of severe shoulder pain buy one of these, save your money.
