DO NOT buy these remotes! I have to give this a 1 star since negative numbers aren’t possible. I should have known this wouldn’t work for my sound bar but i’ve wasted 20 bucks on worse things like beer but at least i got some satisfaction from it. I’ve contacted them and still have no reply.

I purchead a remote for my sony dvd in October when I received it ir would not work, Iemailed them and got this reply.
Please write exact model of your Sony device or send us picture of it label info?
We will check if your remote is compatible with this equipment.
The remote control can be reprogrammed.
I have sent the photo of the details 3 times and have still had no reply, I have also sent emails and still no replys

Con la spedizione iniziale l'articolo è andato perso, dopo un mio sollecito mi hanno risposto immediatamente proponendomi un rimborso o di inviarmi nuovamente il telecomando, ho scelto la seconda opzione ed infine è arrivato senza problemi.

La télécommande que j'ai reçu n'est pas compatible avec mon téléviseur.
Le vendeur m'a envoyé un code à télécharger depuis un PC dans la télécommande. Mais sans amélioration.
J'ai acheté une télécommande de marque différente chez un autre fournisseur. Cette autre télécommande possède 2 configurations que l'on peut sélectionner directement. Une configuration fonctionne très bien avec mon téléviseur, l'autre donne les mêmes erreurs qu'avec celle-ci.
Conclusion: le code fourni ne fonctionne pas avec mon téléviseur: HKC 15.6" LED TV model 16M4C

le premier problème c'est le suivi qui n'est disponible que sur leur site pas d'actualisation par mail
le manque de réactivité quand il y un problème
pour moi la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas du tout et aucune réponse du vendeur

I ordered a remote but my decoder was a different model than the one advertised (my bad) and it didn't work. I contacted them and they helped me reconfigure the remote.

I’d bought a CRT TV for my retro gaming setup but no remote, and no buttons on the TV to switch to AV channel. I’d already bought one remote elsewhere that didn’t work and so tentatively bought from this site (expecting the worst). There was no confirmation email, no delivery email, basically no communication at all but the remote turned up in good time and worked instantly so very happy

I was looking for a remote control for my pioneer DVD player tried many places until they came across this company how did remote control takes a bit of time to come to here in Ireland didn't mind that everything great company

Helaas kippegaas, mist een aantal essentiele toetsen en is dus waardeloos.
Voorals nog ook geen enkele reactie op mijn klacht
( 2 weken later, inmiddels)
