Wonderfull, received a remote for an old device that I did not even know there was a remote for.

The remote took some long time to be delivered, but i think it's quite normal while purchasing something from a far place. It works ok, buttons respond as they should do.

I ordered a remote for a 10 year old Panasonic VCR on 1 of August, but when I went to make payment through Paypal, there was a glitch with Paypal and the payment didn't go through. I sent an email to the company explaining the situation, but got no reply. I sent another email the next day for which I got a reply with a new invoice which was about $AU12 cheaper including postage. When I clicked on the "Pay Now" button, it sent me to the ORIGINAL invoice.
On 4 August I sent another email querying the previous email from them with the cheaper price. Since then I have had no further contact from them.

I need the remote to match to a borrowed VCR from a family member moving interstate who has about 12 VHS vacation travel tapes which she wants converted to DVD, to save taking the tapes when she moves.

At the moment I am only giving 1 star, which, if the service improves I will increase to 2, 3, 4, or 5 depending on the service.

I'm afraid I won't be adding any more stars to this review. Effective immediately I have cancelled the order. It is now a week since I placed the order, and still no satisfactory outcome.

I decided to keep searching on Google and found another source today, and I will have the item in 3 days. I can now complete the job which I required the remote for on time.

Après 2 telecommandes prises sur d'autres sites ne fonctionnant pas efficacement, j'ai décidé de tenter une dernière fois avec remoteworld, site alors inconnu pour moi.

Après avoir trouvé le modèle de telecommande correspondant à ma (vieille) télé, j'ai acheté, c'est arrivé environ 5 jours après, et ça marche très bien, enfin.
Je peux donc encore garder ma télé quelques années sans souci.

Sarisfait donc, je repasserais par ce site si besoin est.

Well I posted a problem and got no reply. Remote has stopped working .

After-sales support beyond expectations: the remote didn't work as it should on arrival, but this was solved quickly and effectively by the customer support. Works fine now!

I mistakenly ordered the incorrect remote control for my Bose Wave Radio. Remote World sent me a link which allowed me to make the remote work with my Bose Wave Radio.

Would certainly order from them again.

Customer Service was fantastic. I purchased a replacement for a Denon RC-883 remote. Most functions worked out of the box, but some needed functions did not. I sent an email to remotes-world.com explaining my needs. Within 24 hours, they sent me an email with a patch to upload into the remote that provided the functions that I needed. It all worked perfectly.

I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The remotes world website and this product are highly recommended. Thank you!

Télécommande reçue en 5 jours et qui fonctionne parfaitement avec ma télé de marque Polaroid .
Et cela sans aucune manipulation si ce n'est la mise en place des 2 piles non fourni.

I ordered the first remote from them and it worked for about 2 hours I ordered a second remote it didn't work at all I've been trying for over a week just to contact somebody to send it back or see if I'm programming it wrong nobody will even contact me back. So I'm giving them one star and I would give them less just for the simple fact I have reached out every way possible that they have and still nothing

Un desastre todo
El envío ha tardado 22 días, no me han facilitado un n de seguimiento, habré mandado como 6 correos y no le han contestado a ninguno.
Encima me han cobrado 6,5 euros por algo que vale 20€,mientras en su página anuncian que hasta 22€ están libres de impuestos.
Encima el mando no funciona
Ahora me lo tendré que comer con patatas porque cualquiera se pone en contacto con ellos.
No compréis en esta web jamás de los jamases!!! !

Strange or rather exciting a company :) You place an order for a chosen R/C, you pay in UAH, receive e-mail about payment, but nothing about your order. You ask them in Messenger chat, you receive answer 4-5 days later including tracking number. A bit more than a week after local courier brings your remote! Happines! Did not try, but I hope it works well!

J'avais un peu d'appréhension vis-à-vis de certains commentaires négatifs, mais j'ai tenté le coup et je ne suis pas déçu. La télécommande fonctionne parfaitement. Certaines options (par exemple Q. Menu sur un TV LG) sont obtenues avec l'appui concomitant de la touche Shift, le mode d'emploi succin, mais suffisant, est fourni (à ne pas jeter, car le numéro de commande sert si nécessaire à reprogrammer la télécommande).
