Télécommande ne fonctionnant pas avec mon appareil Mais un super dépannage de leur part. J'ai pu reprogrammer ma télécommande grâce a leur conseil.

Hi, I put 2 stars just to get on here. Received remote quickly, problem is : it seems to connect to Tv ( just on/off) not the receiver. I tried everything!! Please help. Update: received information to reprogram remote, less than 2 mins. All working fine. Thank you

I ordered a remote control branded as compatible with the Avermedia GAME CAPTURE HD II. The remote control delivered does not match and is not compatible. I have tried to contact support several times for tracking and then to exchange. I have not received any feedback from them.

Never thought that it would be so easy to find a remote for our 15-year-old DENON receiver. The instructions provided allowed us to make an easy transition to use our new remote.

Remote works well and feels well made too.
