They were able to help me fix the remote that didn’t fully work with my receiver by giving me a different code to program it with. However, I didn’t give 5 stars because they were slow in responding and it took a couple of weeks to resolve the issue.

The remote works perfectly! Feels like good quality and customer service was always very helpful along the way.

Télécommande de remplacement pour Schneider LD32SCZ3HB Standard v1 commandée le 19/02/2023 et reçue le 24/02/2023 (Commande #211957731). L'objet reçu est parfaitement incompatible avec les téléviseur concerné. J'ouvre donc un ticket au support sur l'interface client en espérant obtenir une solution. Ma demande n'a jamais reçu le moindre retour de la part du vendeur... j'ai donc ouvert un litige auprès de Paypal qui a tranché pour un un remboursement intégral sans renvoi du produit sous 24h. Bilan: 5 étoiles pour Paypal et 1 bien payée pour RemotesWold.

J'ai reçu la télécommande. J'ai mis de nouvelles piles. Il y a de la lumière. J'ai appuyé sur SHIFT (comme indiqué sur le papier reçu avec la commande) mais cela ne fonctionne pas. J'ai envoyé un mail, un message sur Messenger mais je n'ai pas de réponse. J'espère avoir une aide ou un remboursement rapidement Vraiment déçu. 😔

I ordered a remote in November of 2022. When it arrived, it did not work. After several tickets and emails to them, they have not responded. It's been well over a month without any communication from them. I strongly recommend avoiding this company!

Update: They finally replied at the end of January, and tried getting me to reprogram the remote (unsuccessful). They sent me a refund, which was less than what I paid. Their customer service is very slow!

They communicated with all my e-mails and the remote arrived early and works as specified .Excellent service .
