They dont return your deposit back!
I am a UAE citizen and have rented a car twice from Rental Cars UAE for extended periods of over a month. When it comes to the deposit, they simply donât refund it! The first deposit was never returned and when I rented another car, they used the first deposit as a credit for the second one so that the money doesn't stay put for the time being
Now, I have been waiting for my deposit since November 2024âcountless emails, countless calls and still nothing! In January, I finally received an email confirming the deposit amount, which I acknowledged, but since then, there has been no payment.
I have now given them one last chance, if I donât receive my money by March, I will go to the police and take legal action.
The cars were generally good and the service was fine in the beginning. If I had received my deposit back, I would have definitely given a better review. But weâre talking about 1,000 dirhamsâŠthis is just scam!
