Dealing with Kez, was a breath of fresh air, when dealing with a claim, which was explained fully in simple terms, and so very straightfoward.

We have worked with Rent Guarantor for a few months and it has proven to be a game changer for us and for the tenants. The processes are simple and straightforward for both us managing agents and the tenants and Rent Guarantor are extremely diligent with everything. Even though we unfortunately had to deal with Rent Guarantor due to a tenant defaulting, they have been extremely helpful with communication when the tenant refuses to talk to us. We couldn't be happier with their work so far, especially with Kez C, who has been very helpful and diligent throughout.

We had this company for 2 years there service has been great, and it takes a peace of your mind if you don't have any other persons/ company to represent you. Would recommend them if you need a rent garantor.

Great customer support, they were a little late in something, I called them with no wait time and they got it sorted instantly.

Fairly simple, and trustworthy website.

Phone line (02071934418) which I have previously used successfully to get some info, is now disconnected and the online contact form won't submit a query no matter what I do (including clearing cookies and so on).

Highly suspicious for a company that requires access to all of my financial, and other personal information.

Edit: there clearly is an issue, perhaps instead of denying it, you should take some accountability and look in to it.

They are asking for your bank account log in details ???

I have to say my experience with your team at Rent Guarantor has been brilliant. This is a first for me dealing with rent arrears, My tenant was arrested four months ago and is now serving time in prison.
Your team dealing with my case proved to be so helpful it's untrue, especially since the communication between myself the tenant through the prison services has been very difficult plus the rent arrears have been increasing it's been challenging.
To add, I've been dealing with sickness in my family that is my father has be diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. It's been very stressful indeed,
