I called Spring Plan on Friday, the 13th of June, I mentioned to them what the problem was it’s okay we get in touch with his heart point which they did and engineer got in touch with me and he came on Monday, the 16th of June. I thought he was going to fix the problem that mentioned that the only appointment was on Wednesday, the 25th of June which was 13 days after I spoke to them at spring plan not very happy with the service as a pair of lots of money to spring plus per year, I don’t thinking of cancelling this contract.

After a disappointing start. One appointment not kept and an appointment where not all the replacement parts were ordered the final appointment was successful and good. The engineer was excellent and the fitting of the replacement parts quick and efficient.

Technical was very good and explained the issue that I was experiencing with my washing machine . He was very professional and polite

Increased the prices without notifying me. Due to a card failure I missed a payment and received a call from the rudest most obnoxious person who's only interest was to collect the money without having a respectable conversation first. He was unhappy when I refused to pay without speaking to my bank first .After receiving a letter in May I phoned to speak to them and resolve the situation but was met by the same person whose only interest was to get my card number and not discuss the issue and with his attitude only managed to agitate the situation and tested my patience once to often and yes I did the unthinkable and swore at him.( He would test the patience of the calmest of people) He is meant to be a member of the care team. What a joke, he doesn't know the meaning of the word care!

A complete scam, like others I was unaware I was signed up to a contract. I attempted to cancel it more than once and they still continued to take money from my account when I finally did get it cancelled.

They initially refused to cancel my 'contract' via email and only on the phone.

I have asked for my contract to be provided and because of a change in data management it no longer exists. Which is convinient.

Terrible company with a terrible attitude, beware.

Scam!!! Avoid.

This company will take your money and then vanish into thin air. Beware.

We had our Tumble dryer repaired by a guy called Wayne . He was very friendly & caring . When he left everything was put back to as it was . 100% satisfied

Great service. I had a call 30 min before the engineer arrive and he fixed the washing machine quickly and explained the issue. Very polite.

Had someone out to me the next day - quick, helpful service - took the aftercare plan with them, so have peace of mind for future :)

This company are not to be trusted they will tell you that you have a contract and take money out of your account with out your concent they have been taking cash out of my account for 3 years I only found out when my bank card was renewed and I had a letter telling me that I had a contract with them ? I asked to see prove of it and I asked to see evidence of me given them permission to take cash out of my account as from this day still not received nothing from them what I had asked for ,and now had a email telling me I had to write to them as I can not email them as they blocked me I'm about £450 ponds down with them steillg it from my account.

I’ve been with R and M for about two years now and have had to call on their services twice within that period. Each time they have arranged their engineer to come round, the machine has been repaired without any fuss, and we’ve able to get on with life again. I can’t fault them and I would personally recommend them to a friend or colleague.

I was in a bit of a panic with a busted washing machine. It was all sorted with no fuss.

Everything was as they said. Easy to book, the guys kept me informed of when they would arrive. They were quick, tidy and friendly. As was the lady I spoke to on the phone. All in all a good experience.
