Hotpoint washer went down on monday
Hotpoint washer went down on monday, was repaired and fully working by tuesday evening. Fast service one set price and no hidden costs. Engineer was professional and adhered to covid measures. Will definitely use again.

Delighted with the service from repair…
Delighted with the service from repair and maintain. My much needed cooker developed an issue. This was quickly and efficiently repaired and now happily in full working order. Thank you so much for you fast service and helpful attitude

Excellent engineer
Excellent engineer, rectified problem, contacted myself to notify me of date and time of repair, very helpful. polite, efficient, clean and tidy, was very helpful when explaining my washing machine to me giving helpful tips to utilise my machine. Excellent service would recommend this excellent plan with fast and efficient service to all my family and friends. Brilliant engineer, excellent customer service from start to finish from all staff involved.

I called at 9.20, return call by Ben 20 mins later, very personable. Called by Bill to say he would be here by lunchtime, washing machine fixed all fab.. great service thank you

Friendly team, great service
the team at Springplans where fantastic, I spoke to a lovely young gentleman named Liam, who was professional, companionate and understanding. The Engineer (Carl) arrived within 4 hours and managed to fix the problem for me. I would certainly recommend Spring plans and have done already. Start to Finish was easy and stress free
