It was an easy process which we were guide through bu Susan the responsible lite adviser. Her support throughout was greatly appreciated.

David La Haye was excellent and made sure I fully understood everything I needed to.

Dave Long explained everything clearly, professionally and honestly. He made us feel very at ease.

From initial contact, Responsible Life provided an excellent service in securing our equity release mortgage. Dave Long, our advisor, was prompt, but never pushy, and was extremely thorough in providing all the information we required, weighing up the various options. Every stage was documented in both email and letter format. We appreciated his professionalism, but also that he was so friendly and approachable. We are confident, too, that he will continue to offer any advice and guidance we may need in the future.

Lifetime mortgages are huge step for older borrowers and I think Mike would guide an applicant through the process fairly without a 'hard sell'

From the moment we met Paul Hood, we felt safe and confident with everything that we wanted and needed to know regarding releasing equity from our home. From our first meeting which took place at our home, Paul explained the procedure, listened to our needs and said he would find us the best company and lifetime mortgage to meet those needs. We chose Aviva as it offered everything that we wanted (we were adamant that we wanted to pay the interest each month)
The whole process only took 4 weeks and Paul explained and answered any questions we had thoroughly, patiently and professionally.

Sharon, my Equity Release advisor, was incredibly helpful and patient through out the lengthy process. She gave me in depth information guiding me through each stage, and highlighted the cons as well as the pros, making sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried along. Releasing equity from ones home is a large and important decision, Sharon was invaluable and extremely helpful throughout.

Paul was very calm and knowledgeable and I never felt he was trying to persuade me. Once we had discussed my circumstances and need, he made me rethink my options once he had explained all of the "routes" for me. Followed up with good information and forecasts and allowed me to come up with the conclusion.

Having been advied by Just Retirement to consult a finanial Richard Austenadviser, I chose Responsible Life (Rl) as they had given excellent service in a a previous consultation. This time the advice was equally good and my advisor Richard Austen gave very good guidance and was generally prompt and proactive through the application process even though JUST could be slow through some stages

We were impressed with the service we received from the company when we first approached them and were happy to return to them when we decided to apply for a further advance, and we were equally impressed with the service we received on this second application, it was quick and accurate and with clear information to all queries.
We were very pleased to be dealing with Richard Austen who was as helpful and knowledgeable as our first experience.

I felt supported and informed by David La Haye throughout the entire process. Some aspects of my case proved to be quite challenging but all my questions were answered promptly and David would check with the solicitors and relay the info back to me almost immediately.
