The service from first contact to collecting our repaired device was professional & friendly! The device is working as brand new! Will definitely recommend and they will be our Go To for any future repairs.

Highly recommend. I had an issue with my external hard drive which was fixed whilst I waited. Really friendly and very helpful advice on how to back up my files too. If I have any hardware issues again, I’ll be back there in an instant!

My Pixel 3A screen was completely smashed and just showing as black. Booked in after work on Wednesday and phone was ready by Friday. Great service!

Guys at Ladywell RmD store did a brilliant job on replacing the touch screen which broke/fell off my blackberry KeyOne mobile. Took couple of days for the spare part to arrive and I waited in the store whilst they repaired the phone (took 45mins) whilst keeping my existing data / contacts intact. Absolutely brilliant team, trustworthy and can highly recommend. Big improvement on official blackberry support who said they could only repair if I risked posting my device to them and having all data wiped before fixing!

Camera failed on my mobile phone. Took into shop and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Sorted out my camera for me in no time. Excellent service thoroughly recommend
