Fantastic service. TK went to great lengths to restore the operating system on my phone and truly gave it a new lease of life. I cannot thank him enough.

It’s like having a new computer! And at a good price. They also saved a phone O2 said needed replacing, by just putting in a new battery.

Really excellent service from this company. Found them via a recommendation after previous IT support person moved away, was quite nervous about finding someone as had heard lots of horror stories about people being ripped off by rogue IT traders. Could not be happier with TK at Revive my Device. He really knows his stuff and gives excellent advice to resolve issues. Is able to clean machines and repair thermopasting to increase the lifespan of the machine, as well as updating hardware and software where required at a very reasonable price..... even doing a home visit to solve a problem..... Also big plus for me is the flexibility, being a teacher means hard for me to get to centre during working hours, but they manage to work around that so I can still get issues resolved.... very important in this day and age when am using machine on a daily basis. There is no one who you will trust more ever again! Iv used revive my device a couple of times now and with real honesty you won’t find a kinder genuine or more trustworthy company to deal with tec needs! Absolutely wonderful service... the boys saved me in a very stressful situation. Just week away from my mother's funeral I dropped and smashed my phone. Panic. How would I contact all the people I needed to? Took my iPhone into the shop at 4.55pm (the shop closes at 5pm) and by 5.20pm my iPhone was fully functional and working perfectly. Deep deep thanks. Brilliant - I'd give the 6 stars out of 5!!!

Bought my Samsung into the shop for a screen repair, got a lovely welcome, they said i had to leave it with them and explained why. I paid a deposit and i got an email straight away to say they had the phone, i got an email a day later to say it was fixed. I went to collect it, and the phone was as good as new again! Works perfectly. Thank you

Used this guy all the time and last repair was iPad he put the wrong colour screen and screen cracked automatically call them and said he never admitted he put wrong screen and can’t help that’s the answer spend £80 on it but look the service offered to customers

Don’t use these people they are rip off your money and nothing else

Revive my device have repaired my screen twice and done a brilliant job each time. The second time the fingerprint scanner was damaged and they exchanged the whole phone like for like with no fuss.

My phone was repaired very carefully and thoroughly, as well as promptly. It was also carefully explained to me. Very friendly and efficient service. Good value for money. A different league from most firms operating in this sector.

The problem was fixed in under 2 hours, it worked well but then when it stopped working i i took it back in. It was fixed immediately and has been working perfectly (3 weeks).

Excellent service...found and ordered us a second hand screen for our (old) Mac, to keep costs down. Arrived next day and fitted along with a well needed clean up !! Brilliant job and round the corner from our house, will be using them again!!

I couldn't be more impressed by the service I received recently.
I smashed my iPad screen, thought my world had temporarily ended! TK's friendly manner and advice meant I had no need to panic.
A perfect repair was ready when he told me it would be and at a reasonable price.

I am so grateful that there is a shop like this in Ladywell. I have used them a couple of times and on both occasions I have been so impressed by the friendly and knowledgable service. I will always go there now as my first port of call whenever I have a phone or computer issue. They really are fantastic.
