It's a well planned executed scam. First they will ask your contact number through the app. Then a guy ( for me named Vedaant ) will contact you. Say some sweet words and gets a deposit of 5000 from you and it's gone forever even if you cancel the booking. And the positive reviews all in playstore are a real fake created by themselves by creating random Email Ids.Please don't get scammed.

I had a subscription from 20th of March 2025 for 15 days period. Firstly, the car provided was not worth the money.
Moving on, I returned the car on the 14th day before the actual end of Tenure and the car had more fuel in the tank compared to when it was handed over to me. I was promised before booking that the extra fuel prices will be reimbursed. It says so in ONE OF their FAQ pages (revv(dot)co(dot)in/faq) under the question "Do I get any reimbursement for the fuel I fill in my Revv car?" and when the invoice was sent in after returning the car, they conveniently share another FAQ page (revv(dot)co(dot)in/open/delhi-ncr/faq) where it says otherwise. They have misleading information on the webpage just to deliberately rip their customers off.

On top of that, just enquiring how the subscription works was followed by more than 30 calls from 7 different executives forcing me and my friends to make the booking but once the booking was done, customer meant absolutely nothing. I am going to make sure to go out of my way to spread news about their bullshit business model.

The webpages are cited on 16.04.2025 and they will very well change the information there soon. I however have screenshots and pdfs of the site with the date. I am currently looking at my legal options to make sure these guys do not rip others off in the future.

Useless rental services, their company policy is just make money don't bother about the customer satisfaction, pay the charges even if you don't book a car ( had a multiple bookings due to uselessREVV car website shows IST zone while booking and confirms the booking with current account in my case in EST) I made 4 books on the same day 2 (11594016,11405924)cancelled 1 success(had issues with car ,11594019) 1 uncancelled (mistakenly or forgot to cancel11594016) .if you want a self driving rental I don't recommend REVV. Their customer support and supervisors concern about just money. I beleive their policies in bold letters written just LOOT CUSTOMERS we don't worry about their satisfaction

I am very disappointed with the Revv car customer service revv.co.in over the phone they said you can book a car subscription and if you cancel prior to delivery deposit will be refunded. I told them let me think and get back to you but he forced me to book the car. Now after few days emailed them to cancel the booking and they replied after a week and said we can’t refund you money as it’s company’s policy. My question is why they told in the beginning prior to booking that they will refund and now they are saying they can’t . Why these people not honest and transparent and don’t clarify. And they never stick with their words.its just about money they grab money and that’s all they don’t care about customers.

If fraud has a name, it should be REVV.CO.IN. I went to India from the USA and booked their car for one month. I have been told that they will remove the branding and advertising stickers, which they usually have in side windows and back glass, but at the time of delivery they didn't remove it. I went specially to Chandigarh for taking my delivery. They told me to wait at least 4 hours despite following their expected delivery time. Their delivery executive supervisor named told me he is the owner of the company, as he has been working there for more than 13 years. After facing all these issues, I was still expecting the delivery to be smooth and per their agreement. I selected a Breeza automatic, but they gave me the insurance and documents for the other car (Toyota). They will not cover minor accidents from the insurance and will not disclose all terms and conditions clearly. This is a total scam. If you are looking for a 1-2 car subscription, it might be good for a 12-month lease.

Not honest. Very reactive before booking, but after you sign and pay it’s not the same. They called me 1 day before delivery to tell me my car was not available because the previous customer extended (customers are supposed to tell 1 week in advance if they want to extend so I don’t know how it is possible + I booked a brand new car). They gave me another car, I had to insist because they wanted me to pay more. I got the car with 62% fuel, gave it back with 100% after 5 days and now despite the contract and pictures they say it was full at delivery.
The cars they deliver are poor quality for the price you pay, not clean and with bad smell inside.
They also don’t take care of fines from previous customers, so police is always stopping me on the road.
Also, it’s been 2 weeks I asked for the registration certificate of the car that I don’t have, but they are not replying.

I was little skeptical in the beginning when i was booking as i heard many negative feedbacks but the executive Mr. Vivek Bhardwaj really invested a lot to persuade me to take the car. My experience with the car and everything was awesome. Delivery was on time, vehicle was in perfect condition, pickup done on time, no charges deducted for minor wear n tear, refund issued in 2-3 days after the car was collected, i didn’t pursue even once for the refund. The only area of a bit improvement is thorough cleanliness of the car at the time of delivery, please note that the car was serviced and visibly cleaned at the time of delivery, but a detailed cleaning will make the experience even better. Pathetic service being provided. Car with Faulty AC given despite being know to your Technical Team(Mr Sandeep) confirmed by your pickup staff. Whole time AC was not functioning. Really worst experience recd. request id 11510609

Last moment cancellation from their side ..atleast spare a thought for those who schedule their journey before,everything went haywire for me ...last minute cancellations for hotel bookings stays and all....never again going with this co .....bad experience

I will not recommend this company to anyone run by unprofessional. Yesterday someone rear ended my revv car only left tail light broke and i got the car from them on 8 July and today on july 19 they called me and told me that they are not giving me a replacement and they need 15 days to fix the car and i still to pay for 15 days the car stay in the workshop and i travelled all over the world and rent car every where and some incident happen in the past and every company provide me replacement vehicle everytime and when i told to revv representative and he told me india is a third world country and if i have any problem with this policy ask indian govt to change the policy replacement cars can provided only developed countries😡 Stay Away from this company

dear revv company i would like to inform you that vehicle KA-03 AM 2787 on of the worst diver near Kasturba Road i was in the speed of 40kmph by my scooty he suddenly put the brake in middle of the road i was about hit the car due to his sudden brake i just said see the people coming behind & ride proper only for that reason the driver of the vehicle came out & hit in my heat broked my helmet sunglasses & speaking valgur word about my parents

My recent experience with Revv Car Rental was highly disappointing. While the delivery process was smooth and efficient, other aspects of their service left much to be desired.

Customer Service: The call center seems outdated and unresponsive. Attempts to leave feedback through the mobile app were futile as the feedback option simply doesn't work.

Car Quality: The car delivered to me had serious issues. The engine was weak and lacked power, making the driving experience quite poor.

Fuel Service: The fuel service was inadequate. When I received the car, the fuel meter showed two points, but after driving just half a kilometer, it dropped to one point. I had to refill Rs 1100 worth of petrol for a mere 81 km of travel. Despite this, they deducted Rs 372 for petrol from my security deposit of Rs 2000, refunding only Rs 1628.

Overall, I do not recommend Revv Car Rental. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied, and I will not be booking with them again. Very bad experience.

If want to travel by car in india please don't book with revv.
I have just booked a car to travel to gujarat from Mumbai, the car is so poorly maintained and they will charge full price
Also if you happy with they will not exchange or give refund so please be careful before booking, always check the car at there location never get it delivered cause you don't what your getting.
They have a 4.5 review, which in customers eyes is good but please do your checks cause it surely does not look like 4.5 for me.

The service from Revv has been incredibly bad, harrasing, and potentially harmful.

We arranged for a Revv car to be picked up at Bangalore with the intention of driving to Pondicherry.
An hour into the drive we had an engine warning light cone on. We communicated this to Revv and they told us it was fine, ignore it and carry on.
Later the car completely stopped working on a service road in the middle of nowhere. We were stranded in 40c heat, where Revv offered no help except to get a local mechanic to fix it, which was impossible as it was a public holiday.
We had to leave the car in a nearby hotel car park after pushing it by hand, and then hired our own taxi back to bangalore. Abandoning our plans and bookings in Pondicherry.

Revv has not offered an apology or a refund. Now Revv is saying we broke the car and are demanding an incredibly unjustifiable 500,000Rs charge for it or face legal action.

I'll never use Revv again when returning to India and I'll recommend the same to everyone I know. Their poor communication, and poor maintenance of their cars endangered us. We are lucky the car broke down relatively close to a hotel or else I don't know what would have happened!

Charged a high amount for a small car, but the condition of the car was appalling when it arrived. It had dents and scratches all over the body and revved a lot during driving.

Condition of the car was not mentioned on the booking page and no quality check was done before delivery.

I was charged a hefty amount including about Rs550 handling fee for automated extension of the hire duration by just 2.5 hrs.

During return, when I complained to the collector about the issues, he asked me to report to customer service afterwards and said they will refund money or issue vouchers.

Customer service completely declined to issue any refund stating I should have reported before the booking was completed.

The allotted vehicle has transmission and wheel alignment issue , so they gave me another replacement car . Then after 4 days they came and exchanged the previous car . After collecting it ,within 20 minutes i met with an accident , i came to know that the streering is in fault , wheel is dragging side ways and car is completely is worst condition . They told me to give back the car to do inspection .i denied it and said i will submit the car at police station , so we can properly check the issue. They suddenly came to my home and begged to take the car back and promised to exchange the car within 2 days( I got a written mail from them regarding this ). After 3 days they completely changed the tone and said i need to pay 10k RS for damage and the car cant be given back . They are trying to fix the car fast and hiding (fraudulent activities). Now customer care doesn't responds good and talks carelessly ( trying to provoke me). I came to know that they are cheating many customers in this way and we can witness those in quora, Google , reddit, trust pilot, mouth shut and Facebook too.

The first car we received had previously had an accident and the front was all damaged. This is pretty ridiculous. We managed to get another car with many hours delay. Terrible experience, completely useless customer service and unfriendly staff.

Revv car booking includes 1000 rs for delivery n pickup from ur house, this service charge are very high it is not ok. I feel you should give option for customers to pickup n drop from your center. I am considering other car vendors for the coming EID weekend

Worst company do not rent cars with this company. not a good company, reserved two cars, one 7-seater and 1 5-seater automatic. Reserved and paid for both cars well in advance 3 months prior. During booking process the useless sales rep assured me that I will get the cars that i booked. Lier and not professional company.

Called the night before while i was still in the place that they don't have 7-seater and don't have the 5-seater in automatic.

Arrived at the Mumbai airport - with 2 5 seaters cars manual, both cars with high high mileage and not so good condition at all.

Complained over and over to this useless people with no resolution.

DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company if you want peace of mind..
