Zero Accountability, Zero Empathy â Avoid This Brand
I ordered a Dream N Play Mattress and cot from R for Rabbit on 1st August 2025. The cot arrived, but the mattress is still missing. Since 4th August, the tracking has been showing âundeliveredâ every single day â not because I wasnât available, but because the delivery executive simply marked it false without even attempting delivery.
I raised the issue on 7th August. They said it was âescalated.â Two days later, nothing changed. The false âundeliveredâ updates continued, and their customer care team had no clear answers, no timeline, and zero urgency â just robotic replies.
This is for my 6-month-old daughter, so without the mattress the cot is useless. My money is stuck, my child is inconvenienced, and the company clearly does not care. No empathy, no accountability, no follow-through.
If this is how they handle a simple prepaid order for a baby product, I dread to think what happens when a real issue occurs. A brand that cannot deliver what was paid for and leaves an infant without a usable product for over a week does not deserve customer trust.

I purchased R for Rabbit stroller from the FirstCry store in Jabalpur, and within just 6 months, the product started to deteriorate badly. The color faded, and fungus started developing on the fabric, which is spreading more day by day. I tried cleaning it multiple times, but it doesnât help at all.
Whatâs more disappointing is the lack of customer support. Despite visiting the store three times, I was simply told to contact the company directly with no help or follow-up. I expected much better quality and service from a well-known brand like R for Rabbit.
Not recommended based on my experience â both the product quality and after-sales service are very poor.

These guys are a scam. In the name of customer service, they are well-trained to fool the customer. I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter. I called customer service, and they assured me the product would be delivered on the same day. They smartly sent me messages claiming the product was on the way, but at 11 p.m., they sent another message saying they regret it couldnât be delivered.

The worst service offered by the company as the complaint had been lodge almost 23 days back for the defective stroller and everyday when we call up the customer care they just tell will be attending it within 24 to 48 hours but yet no one has turned up . I purchased the R for Rabbit Road Runner Scooter, expecting a quality product for my child. However, my experience has been very disappointing. Shortly after purchasing, the scooter developed issues â the screws came loose on their own, and the height adjustment button stopped working entirely. Despite following instructions carefully, the spring mechanism in the button failed, making it impossible to adjust the height.
I attempted to contact customer support, as this is clearly a manufacturing defect covered under warranty. Unfortunately, they were unhelpful and failed to provide a solution. I even tried using a hammer as a last resort to adjust the button, but itâs clear that the spring mechanism is defective.
This product does not live up to its promises, and the lack of responsive customer service has only added to my frustration. I expected more from R for Rabbit, but I cannot recommend this scooter based on my experience.
