The products are great and affordable plus it suits my baby skin. Also the product has travel friendly kits so it was a win win for me.

• Product Quality: Average, not bad compared to local market products.
• Customer Support: Very poor – multiple mails, calls, and reminders but no timely resolution.
• Pickup & Returns: Worst experience – return request kept pending for many days, no clear communication, false promises.
• Trust Factor: Low – even after being an old customer, the service was not reliable.
• Recommendation: Safer to buy from trusted platforms like Amazon or Flipkart, where returns and refund are smooth

I ordered a Dream N Play Mattress and cot from R for Rabbit on 1st August 2025. The cot arrived, but the mattress is still missing. Since 4th August, the tracking has been showing “undelivered” every single day — not because I wasn’t available, but because the delivery executive simply marked it false without even attempting delivery.

I raised the issue on 7th August. They said it was “escalated.” Two days later, nothing changed. The false “undelivered” updates continued, and their customer care team had no clear answers, no timeline, and zero urgency — just robotic replies.

This is for my 6-month-old daughter, so without the mattress the cot is useless. My money is stuck, my child is inconvenienced, and the company clearly does not care. No empathy, no accountability, no follow-through.

If this is how they handle a simple prepaid order for a baby product, I dread to think what happens when a real issue occurs. A brand that cannot deliver what was paid for and leaves an infant without a usable product for over a week does not deserve customer trust.

Avoid at all costs.

I purchased R for Rabbit stroller from the FirstCry store in Jabalpur, and within just 6 months, the product started to deteriorate badly. The color faded, and fungus started developing on the fabric, which is spreading more day by day. I tried cleaning it multiple times, but it doesn’t help at all.

What’s more disappointing is the lack of customer support. Despite visiting the store three times, I was simply told to contact the company directly with no help or follow-up. I expected much better quality and service from a well-known brand like R for Rabbit.

Not recommended based on my experience — both the product quality and after-sales service are very poor.

Maina firstcry se liya tha 19 may 2025 mai near 3400 ka ass pass or vo 35 day baad vo one side band ho gya usko kisi se check kraya to pta chala ki uska spring Tut gya hai quality acchi nhi hai spring ki.

No post sales service. Customer care number given is fake. Do not reply to mails or on any other platform.

Product quality is very bad... plastic body products ordered electric cradle and stroller both are bad very disappointed

This is a warning post if you have decided to buy any R for Rabbit baby gear .Even if the brand gives you warranty this is a total bluff. No physical service centres and their "customer care " will harass you by false promises and just kill your time

I purchased road roller scooter,
Inside spring of scooter is damaged.
I can't repair it.
They ask me invoice but I haven't available the invoice.
They not support me.

Worst after sale service please don't buy anything from this company as the product gets repaired and the company is not bothered for helping us rather the customer care number persons argue to us and don't listen to us if u guys want a recorded proof can contact me I will send u the call recording proof through any social media

These guys are a scam. In the name of customer service, they are well-trained to fool the customer. I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter. I called customer service, and they assured me the product would be delivered on the same day. They smartly sent me messages claiming the product was on the way, but at 11 p.m., they sent another message saying they regret it couldn’t be delivered.

The worst service offered by the company as the complaint had been lodge almost 23 days back for the defective stroller and everyday when we call up the customer care they just tell will be attending it within 24 to 48 hours but yet no one has turned up . The worst service offered by the company waiting from past 23 days , no prompt customer service

The service so far has been a smooth and swift since an year or even more however since a month I have placed 2 orders and hasn't been delivered since a month and customer support do not help with qualitative resolution apart from asking us to wait with unpredictable schedule.
This is been so frustrating and never ever opt their servic going forward

Please do not trust the paid reviews. This company is worst of worst . I ordered lullaby cradle . It's showed delivery in a week. But it has not been delivered even after one week delay. I kept calling customer support but they were not any help at all.

Disappointing Product Quality and Customer Support

I purchased the R for Rabbit Road Runner Scooter, expecting a quality product for my child. However, my experience has been very disappointing. Shortly after purchasing, the scooter developed issues – the screws came loose on their own, and the height adjustment button stopped working entirely. Despite following instructions carefully, the spring mechanism in the button failed, making it impossible to adjust the height.

I attempted to contact customer support, as this is clearly a manufacturing defect covered under warranty. Unfortunately, they were unhelpful and failed to provide a solution. I even tried using a hammer as a last resort to adjust the button, but it’s clear that the spring mechanism is defective.

This product does not live up to its promises, and the lack of responsive customer service has only added to my frustration. I expected more from R for Rabbit, but I cannot recommend this scooter based on my experience.

i have been asking a spare for my product since two months .
only response from r for Rabbit team is ""Our team is working diligently to replenish our inventory.""
without that spare i can not use my product

If there was a system for negative rating then i would rate -5 for this useless company. I ordered 10k product and they delivered me a spare part of a stroller and after raising several request for refund nobody from there side cooperated and they just kept saying we will pick up today...after many days passed i complained against them in consumer court and they took action right away

Please be vigilant if you are ordering any goods from R for Rabbit.

They take your money, send you a wrong package and disappear!

Not just once; this is my second experience. They said they will replace the item in 3 to 4 working days and it's been a month.

Now when i follow up, I am getting a reply mail saying that the mail ID doesn't exist!

Aster shall not be promoting such brands in a genuine WhatsApp Group!

would highly recommend this brand to all the parents. Safety of products is guaranteed. Also their designs and colors are very attractive. Customer care is supportive.

R for Rabbit really impressed me. International quality, great designs and extremely durable products. Also customer service is very good.
