Firstly the product is top quality and a great fit -
I am not sure though what happened with regards to customer service.. I had no emails, no invoice and absolutely nothing from the company. I actually forgot i had even paid for them when they turned up 4 odd weeks later out of the blue - a bit odd and surely cant be the normal experience everyone else has.

Last week I received the first boot liner I have bought from Rhino & whilst there was an initial problem with bumper flap end of the first one I received a quick call to Michelle & some photos sent over to her and she was literally back on the phone in 10 minutes to tell me it looked like there’d been an error in the template sent to the factory guys & they would get the correct one made & out to me but probably wouldn’t receive it until this week, I explained that I needed to use the liner in the car this weekend so she told me to go ahead & use it anyway so we fitted it all in & got ready to go away on Friday only for the replacement to arrive just after we had left home! On returning home we replaced the liner with the new one which fits my Volvo XC 90 perfectly & will be returning the incorrect one back to Rhino with the postage label sent over. Having bought more expensive liners in the past I’ve got to say this one is great quality, fits well, no problems & the dogs were quite happy, as for customer service, all I can say is it was 100% first class & I will certainly be recommending Rhino to anyone else who needs a boot liner thank you Michelle for all your help ⭐

Extremely happy with the fit and finish of the boot liner for my Kia EV3 GT Line S.
The finish is first class, and the liner extends up the sides of the boot, which is exxactly what I wanted as I often carry large amounts of equipment in the boot, for my different volunteering roles, and this will save the panels from getting marked.
The GT Line S differs from the other EV3 models in that it has a sub woofer in the boot and a small storage pocket. The liner covers these items up, so will need a small adjustment.
I spoke to Callum at Rhino UK who immediatly offered to have the cover back to make the adjustments, but I am OK with the sewing machine, so he kindly sent me the factory edging material, so I can make the changes at my end, and have it looking as good as the rest of the liner.
It took a few weeks from initial order to delivery, but well worth the wait and the price paid.

Excellent quality, fit and ability to stay put! I have a large dog, 48kg. I purchased a cheap liner off eBay and the sides would not stay put. This liner fits the boot perfectly, the bumper flap is a good size and more importantly it stays put with the Velcro adhering straight to the carpeted boot. No need for the additional self adhesive strips. Perfect, thank you!

A great product. Fits like a glove, simple to install and does exactly what it claims to do.

Fantastic product, easy to fit, looks great and super customer service. I asked if my liner could be delivered before the bank holiday weekend even though it wasn’t due until after and it arrived today (Wednesday).

What a product…

I couldn’t be happier with my tailored extended liner for my 2012 E92 Coupe.

I want to transport my mountain bike to different locations without destroying my red leather interior. The car has sentimental value to me and needs to be protected!

I’m glad to say, this liner is more than perfect and what’s great, is that it’s handmade at a local company, rather than shipped over from somewhere else.

I am delighted with the liner for my car and all of my dealings with the company. They ensured that the liner was spot on for my car and kept me updated on progress towards getting the liner. It is well made and of excellent quality and will do a great job of keeping the muddy paws away from my car.
I did have a minor issue in that one item wasn't initially delivered. However, on contacting them I received an apology and a swift resolution. In a world where so many companies demand proof of things before doing anything, it was great to deal with one whose approach was "our fault let us sort it". I would heartilly recommend this company and their products to anybody looking to get a boot liner.

I asked the company for an update on delivery because I was going away Saturday, they arranged for it to arrive Thursday, good prompt response to my enquiry. On delivery I found it to be a good robust product as described and it was a good fit to my car. I’m very happy with the purchase experience.

I have received a boot liner for my ford puma. The fit is excellent and the fabric used minimises dog fur casting. I think the quality and service from Rhino is first class

The original bootliner didn't quite fit and Rhino were very responsive, implementing our suggestion how to make it much more secure. They sent a replacement with our suggested modification, free of charge.
We're very please with the result. The bootliner is rugged and secure, and we will get many years of use from it.

Having used company before on an previous Seat Box project, when I needed a new cover for a new box I did not hesitate to email.
Measurements were sent and a price was supplied
I asked them to generate an invoice which was quickly done and after payment all paperwork came over to confirm order

Delivery was quick and via royal mail tracked service

The Rhino bootliner and car seat cover I ordered for my Dacia Duster was delivered in a couple of weeks of the order. The fit and quality of both items are of a high quality, protecting my new car from the never ending mud!

After lots of searching, this is the only company that supplied a back seat cover for my 2008 3 door Mini. I did try a cheaper company but you get what you pay for and I had to send it back as didn't fit. I previously ordered a back seat cover for my my Dacia from Rhino UK and it was perfect so I should have gone directly to them in the first place. Fitting was easy although took a bit of time as only 2 doors in my Mini so not much room to manoeuvre but got there and it fits lovely and took it for a test drive complete with dog and no complaints from him. :)
