I bought and fitted car seat covers for Sportline seats in a Skoda, they were made to order and they were delivered before the due date, which was an added bonus, not many suppliers manufacture seat covers for the all in one seat that has a built in headrest, but after a telephone conversation with Callum he soon reassured me they had the seat measurements. They arrived suitably packaged and delivered via Royal Mail, I fitted them to the seats in the car which took less than 20 minutes. They look well made, strong and I’ve used them for a few days and the heated seats work well, the covers have cut out for air bags and fit very well considering the awkward shape of the seats. They appear good quality and they are machine washable at 40 degrees, they cover all the front, back and sides well with elasticated edges and buckle clips, very pleased and a pleasure to deal with Rhino.

These bootliners are marketed as tailor made for your model of vehicle - I beg to differ.

The quality of the product is good and I chose Rhino primarily as I wanted to purchase from a UK-based business. But that is where the positive experience ended I am sorry to say.

The product was despatched in good time but it was at the point of what I assumed would be a quick and simple installation that I began to realise I was going to be disappointed.

Apparently, made to fit my BMW 5-series touring, I can only imagine that either the wrong pattern/template was used for my order, OR, the template was created from a completely different car, as I can safely say, there is no way in hell that this (£160) boot liner was tailor made for my car. YES, the boot liner is supplied with velcro attached and amusingly the instructions suggest that, where you have a carpeted boot space, the velcro MIGHT attach to that. 1 - who has a vehicle that has been manufactured in the last 20 years that DOESN'T have a carpeted boot space, 2 - I can confirm that the velcro on the boot liner is NEVER adhering to automotive boot liner carpet.

It is so immensely frustrating to spend good money on a product that appears to be exactly what you need, only to be let down so badly by the finished item. And this is why people spend far less on mass-produced Asian-market products on Amazon.

In their defence, Rhino have responded via email, but only to offer for me to send the boot liner back (presumably at my own expense). But no real concern or interest in the quality of their own product.

From my perspective, I have managed to engineer some kind of solution to get the liner to stay put in the boot, and I don't have the option of returning as I have a dog I need to regularly transport in the back on my car.

I could have been unlucky I guess, but based on the response so far, I fear that is not the case.

I have given 2 stars purely out of Christmas spirit. That said, should Rhino wish to do the right thing, I will happily update this review.

We've bought boot-liners from Rhino a few times now, so had no hesitation ordering a new one for our Mini electric (model J01). It arrived quickly, and was easy to install - the fit was perfect, although I felt the rear flap was not quite wide enough. Callum at Rhino was very helpful, and within a couple of days we had a new, wider flap - all foc!

I’ve used Rhino for my vehicle front seat covers before. I have multiple dogs and live on a farm. These things need to stand up to the rigours of rural life. This recent set was for my shiny new campervan. I looked at the companies that made matchy matchy stretchy pretty things but still came back to Rhino because eventually I’ll stop being precious about the vehicle and the dogs will be allowed everywhere. So glad I did. There was a misunderstanding with the order process and my seat covers didn’t fit (note to all - if you have captain’s chairs fitted let them know -the fit is different). I was expecting to have to pay out again but no, the covers were replaced with new ones. That, and the fact they are a darned good product, is why I will remain a loyal customer.

What a fantastic company to deal with, helpful, polite, courteous and very professional throughout.
I ordered a boot liner for my 2013 Volvo XC90 but required certain features to be configured differently to their standard (Which was excellent anyway).
Not only did they take on board my needs, but supplied what was now a custom cut in a very short time, communicating with me all the way.
If I could give 10 stars I would, I will however highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a purchase of any of their products.

I’m on my second boot liner now (golf and transporter). Thrilled with both. Fit is really good + great service, with quick and willing responses to questions. Thoroughly recommend.

I bought a Rhino boot liner nearly 12 years ago for a focus estate....since then it's been in 2 mondeo estates, and now a skoda superb (which it doesn't fit well but is adequate).
2 dogs (sometimes 3) have been in the back every day, some journeys up to 300 miles and unsurprisingly it is pretty much worn out....especially where it has been chewed!
That it has lasted so long is a testament to the product quality.
So bit the bullet, checked I was ordering the correct one and when it was delivered it didn't fit well.
Callum dealt with the issue professionally; no excuses, just an apology and immediate confirmation that another custom fit liner would be made. And to keep and use the poorly fitting one in the meantime.

Good old fashioned customer service....you only find out how good a company is, when you ask them to fix a problem.

I first purchased a boot liner from Rhino back in 2017, ever since then it has suffered non stop abuse from our Boxer dogs. However, that cover has withstood all the abuse our dogs have thrown at it.
We have just changed our car so automatically I went back to Rhino. Their covers use far more robust materials than the covers often found in Garden Centres etc. I have since ordered a bespoke cover for my Karcher Pressure Washer. I have always found Callum unusually helpful, I have no hesitation in recommending Rhino Bootliners.

Have always used generic liners which cost £20>. As my lease car this time is for 4 years this time I thought I'd spend more (6-7 times more) and get a made to measure jobby to protect the car. The car arrived yesterday and I got quite excited about fitting the liner. Sadly it didn't fit very well. I contacted Rhino who said keep it and they made me another which was turned around in around 7-10 days, this one also doesn't perfectly fit but is better than the first one received. They did offer a full refund but I decided to keep it. Will try another company next time I purchase a liner.

We have a chocolate Labrador who gets very wet and muddy on our walks. We ordered a Rhino boot liner for our new VW Polo so that we didn’t have to worry about the boot getting wet and dirty.
Ordering the liner was a smooth and easy process and it was delivered in less than two weeks, it is of very good quality and value.
Easy to install and is a perfect fit.

Awesome quality and generous customer service above and beyond! Purchased a bootliner and tailgate protector for my wife’s new VW Kombi and the fit and material quality is exceptional - perfect for throwing muddy mountain bikes and even muddier dog in the back without worrying about wrecking our interior. Highly recommended.

A big massive thank you to Callum for giving me so much of his time and advice making sure I purchased and received the right up to the front seats boot liner for my Vw polo what with living in Cyprus I couldn’t afford to make any mistakes.. The boot liner is of real quality and fits my car perfectly there’s nothing on this island that comes close to the Rhino boot liner so one happy German Shepherd and one happy owner thanks again Callum you done yourself proud kind regards Shaun in sunny Cyprus…..

I contacted Rhino Bootliners as I damaged my bootliner in the catch on the boot. They very kindly offered to send me a piece of the fabric used to enable me to do a repair. Great company nothing too much trouble. Definitely recommend.

I have used Rhino twice in the last 5 years due to change of cars. I would thoroughly recommend them. They fit so well and keep the boot clean especially when mucky paws have been in there. I love the flap that comes down over the boot to avoid scratch marks , whatever you are putting in, and the covers over the back seat. I will always have a boot liner, even if we don’t have a dog. Excellent product. Thankyou Callum.

I just wanted to say a very belated thank you for a brilliant product. Our dog is really comfortable and our car isn’t being trashed by him: it’s great! It will easily pay for itself in time as the entire boot won’t need specialist cleaning and there are no claw marks on the bumper affecting its resale value. Your customer service was excellent too. I got these for an Audi A4 although they fit very well and seem to stay where they are put I am at a loss as to why there are open slots on one side of each front seat, at first I thought they were for moving the seat in a two door but as they are made to order and I don't think you get a 2 door Avant can someone explain what I'm missing? Also if I get these covers again I would get the full cover and not the separate headrest option as I did?? Other than that I'm sure they will last a while and feel tough and Hard-wearing.
