Brought my Kona for its scheduled annual service this morning at 8am. Though I was supposed to use the auto locker to drop my keys, there was no need as Chris Ledesma, one of the service advisors, was there to greet me and immediately processed my booking. He went through it and asked if there are issues I am aware of that I wanted the shop to look at. Though I was booked for the whole day, he gave me a specific time frame of when I can come back to pick up my car. He updated me regularly and phoned me as soon as the car was ready. Didn’t have to wait long as well to pick up my car. That’s what you call a customer focused, friendly and efficient service. Thanks Chris for looking after me today. Your friendly and efficient service is much appreciated.

Chris really looks after you in the parts / service department and Hyundai warranty is as good as its word. He's always available to talk to and calls back when he says he will which really makes all the difference. Ive got a lot of confidence in their Guildford branch as it was a good experience buying it too.

Nic was superb, best ever experience when purchasing a vehicle. Everybody in the dealership was friendly and helpful, and made the whole experience very easy. Would definitely be to anyone.

I am a happy customer as I had a warranty issue and the warranty was about to run out but Chris in the Guildford service dept managed to fit us in before the end date (which took some doing as they are very busy ) but they did the job assessed the warranty and then fitted the new EPB switch with no hassle at all very good service 👍

Our experience was very positive. We were politely approached to see if we needed help when we found a car we liked. There was no pushy sales pitch, just positive advice which we appreciated. We went off to look at other makes of car but came back for a test drive. We were treated respectfully and we were delighted to be sold a car that ticked all the boxes and more.

Came down for appointment on Tuesday to pick a new car. nick was very helpful with helping me choose a new car. I recommend this company I’ve had a car before for 3 years and Arbazz was really helpful last time.
