Elliott was excellent to deal with—friendly, informative, and never pushy. Communication was always clear, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He arranged a lovely test drive for me and even made sure I could drive along a specific road I wanted to try, which I really appreciated.

Baz, Elliott’s manager, was also great and supportive throughout the process, always on hand to help and ensuring everything went seamlessly.
