Richmond Motor Group - MG Guildford レビュー

Friendly, helpful staff. Everything was explained in detail. From starting the buying process to completion was very quick and Kelly arranged everything for us. This is our second purchase and we will remain loyal customers for life.

Fantastic service Very pleased with my new car extremely professional sales person very helpful

Excellent test drive with Marius. Really informative on all products, gave good advise and details on pricing etc.

Lots of information but with out being a pushy salesmen, would certainly use again

Kelly Faith was great from the moment we walked through the doors. Professional and welcoming. Made the whole process a joy. An absolute asset to the MG brand.

Smooth and efficient operation from arrival for a test drive to departure in the new car. No unnecessary pressure, and good clear advice from the sales exec.
Very professional but friendly approach throughout the whole process.
Many thanks to Marcus and his colleagues.

Marius was very helpful and made buying a new car straightforward and answered with all my questions. Picked the car up today and very happy.

Would recommend.

Kelly was very good but the overall experience could have been better. Failures with the email system resulted in essential information (eg new car reg number etc) not getting to me. Kelly picked me up from the station to take me to the dealership which was brilliant. However, the car wasn't ready due to a backlog in valetting. This delayed my get away.

Kelly has made this experience so easy and quick. She was very polite and explained everything so that I understood perfectly. I would recommend Kelly to everyone. First class!!!!

Great customer service and support from Kelly.

Very good experience using Richmond MG Guildford - Marius was particularly helpful, with nothing too much trouble, especially with organising the test drives for me.

Sales advisor Kelly Faith is amazing she has made buying a new car a absolutely joy and I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a car to see Kelly

Marius was very helpful and polite explaining all the various things to me

Kelly was fabulous very attentive and not pushy. She really knew her stuff about the vehicles and deals available. A real credit to MG.

Made welcome from the beginning of looking for a new car, no pressure from sales team but extremely helpful.
Marius Mockus has been especially helpful, being available for any questions I had, and keeping me informed. Would definitely recommend to friends and family
