Great sales team
Richmond Škoda sales team have been excellent. In particular, Ben was most attentive, friendly and professional. No high pressure selling, found out what we needed and made sure that our purchase met those needs.

Vehicle purchase
My wife and I felt very comfortable with Mark the salesman who was a genuinely nice chap. The car we purchased was perfect for our needs and we didn't have to haggle over the value of our trade in car.

Octavia purchade
We attended one of Richmond's special events. They were very busy but the salesmen Henry and Joey were very positive, friendly and patient, Joey managed our sale, he was good fun and really helpful.

Skoda Richmond - a wealth of experience
Having previously purchased a Skoda Octavia Elegance in 2020 from Richmond we checked their web site first. Easy to navigate, detailed and informative. We found what we were looking for. A to Sales Executive (Joseph Danladi ) we "reserved" the car to test drive and view. A polite, warm, friendly enthusiastic welcome from Joe as we walked into the showroom replicated our previous experience of Richmond. The vehicle of choice was pristine and exactly as described. Meanwhile Joe looked over our Octavia. His honest appraisal and offer was very fair. We took a test drive and sold on that. The options of purchase processes and administration was clearly explained. The transaction was completed within a 5 days. We had a follow up phone call a few days later from Sales making sure we were satisfied with the car. No problem there and certainly Richmond Skoda Southampton made buying a car an enjoyable experience. Well done everyone.
Thanks. We made the right choice.
