We visited here a few weekends ago and met with Ben who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to talk us through a range of options which was very much appreciated - a great service and well worth the trip up from Poole.

Excellent handover of my new car from Tomasz.

We were very politely received by you salesman who took the time to find out what our needs were and came up with an excellent solution.

Phoned them up this morning to check that they were open, and had the full spec Elroq vRS that they had advertised on their website. Was told yes, come in and take a look and even asked how I'd be financing it... cash as it happens.

Drive over 70 miles to view it (and would have bought it of it has been there), and guess what? Nope. It wasn't even there. They had no credible explanation why ot was showing on their website or why I was told to come take a look.
And even that bu ch of lame excuses was after I had to prompt a member of staff to assist us, as we were totally ignored for at least 10 minutes, and then l, when enquiring, rather curtly told that all staff - 3 of them - were already "dealing with customers". There were 2 customers in the showroom. Go figure the maths on that one. Duh.
Regardless of dealing with others, a simple hello and "we'll be with you shortly" courtesy greeting would have been common manners.
So, anyway, what would have been a fairly certain near 50 grand sale just walked back out the door.
Won't be using this dealership ever again.
70 mile trip home later, and I'll buy one from elsewhere.

The whole process of buying my Skoda Kamiq was made very smooth and easy, from booking an appointment to the handover. Fantastic Sales Executive ( Ben Hodgson) in the Southampton branch and (Jeff, the Manager). Both so considerate, friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated!

He also listens to our needs and wants.There was no pressure and he didn’t try and over sell extras we didn’t want.
There was a good selection of used cars and the cars we wanted to see and test drive we’re ready available and time was taken to explain how everything works
The paper work was done efficiently and well.

Sam was my sales rep. He was attentive to what i needed and answered all questions I had. I was with my young son and he was patient and understanding. I did not feel pressured into signing anything. I appreciate being given time to go home to thinking about whether I would want an HP or PCP contract. All the team were kind as well.

Great service from all the staff from the moment I entered the showroom. Offered a drink and a seat while I waited a few minutes for a salesman.
I wanted a new version of my Skoda Fabia but was unsure whether to stay with manual or go automatic. My salesman took me out for a test drive and got me driving an automatic. (eventually). He was endlessly patient and instructive and made me realise that an automatic was the way to go. When I collected the new car, he spent ages helping me install details on the "infotainment" system. I have been reasurred that if I have any problem, I can go back for help.

I had an issue with the infotainment system whilst route from Plymouth to Portsmouth. Took a detour Škoda Southampton and Ben from Sales took time out to sort it out and get everything back for me. Brilliant service. Thank you Ben

Ben was polite, professional and nothing was to much trouble. Not at all pushy and a pleasure to deal with.

I've been going back and forth to this place for about 5 months. The infotainment system was freezing, and every morning when I woke up, my battery was dead. Each time they gave different explanations, saying they fixed it and sending me away. They said the problem was the battery, I told them to replace it and paid for it. But the problem wasn't solved. This is my 10th time going there. I took the car there again today. My car is under warranty, and they told me that the things that need to be done aren't covered under warranty and that I have to pay for software and updates. But the warranty certificate says it's covered. They are scamming people. They haven't been able to solve my car's problem for 5-6 months. Every time they lie and send me away. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If my car isn't repaired tomorrow, I will take it to the motor ombudsman.

Was served by Benjamin with my new Skoda and have to say delighted with the service received. He was Respectful, efficient and patient in explaining all regarding the purchase.
All in all a credit to the company

Promptly ordered for me replacements for minor items missing from Skoda Approved car.
