Great team from start to finished and I’m loving my new car.

Nice to talk to a sales person who could answer my questions in layman terms, was polite and friendly. Felt as if nothing was too much trouble. Kept to the promised time and dates.

From first walking in to collect my car from service/mot to driving off the forecourt in my new ,used , car, I was dealt by all members of staff with civility and professionalism .

Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was very thorough and helpful and would recommend them to my best friend. Thanks

Staff friendly. Only driven car twice so far as unwell. However, rather disappointed it had not been valeted upon collection.

Could not believe how brilliant Sadie and Jeff were at sorting out my new car. Once I made the inquiry online the next day I received a call, then in a matter of days the whole deal was put in place, delivery to Lincolnshire from Southampton organised, loads of extras from paint protection to warranty - every thing sorted and a great video tour of the car emailed to me by Sadie then car delivered on 28th December BEFORE new year so I could start the new year in my new car. Just outstanding I can not recommend Suzuki Botley enough.

Very good experience when changing my car. Both Jeff and Sadie were very professional and unlike other car dealers were not "pushy" making the whole process of changing cars very smooth. Will definitely go back to them when I next change my car.

Sadie was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sales process. The car works perfectly and looks good although it’s only been three days. The only drawback was trying to sell me an extended warranty and paint protection. This involved an unnecessary second meeting with another member of the sales team which was a shame. However good service and a company I would use again. This was the third car we’ve bought from this site and they’ve proven good value for money.
