Jag was excellent, the service he supplied was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable in his subject of both the car and finance and confidently answered all questions. Overall this was an enjoyable experience.

I popped in one weekend evening to test drive a used approved vehicle I had found on Autotrader, and Mo and Will couldn’t be more helpful. They were non-pushy and allowed me to test drive the car on my own and gave me a good 30minutes to enjoy the drive. The informative approach and no-pressure sales technique really works, they followed up with a phone call to give me details of the offers available on the purchase and gave me plenty of time to make up my mind. They had even reserved the car for me after I said I needed a little more time to get my ducks in order. I reserved the car with a small holding deposit and a the car was ready a week later. They even offered to have the wheels painted black free of charge which was an incredibly generous suggestion and sets the car’s style off brilliantly! I’m very impressed. The handover appointment went very smoothly and within 30minutes, I was driving away in my immaculate Mini.
