Great experience!
From start to finish everyone I dealt with was open and honest, making dealing with them really easy. Jag explained the whole process and then we reached a really good deal. Even when I tried to find a cheaper car online, I couldn’t find anything. The price promise really is true!

I had a great experience at Richmond Suzuki Fareham.
I bought a Suzuki Swift 2018 as my first care and I just love it.
The process of buying was easy and straightforward.
I wanted to thank to Jag for his patience and kindness.He explained to me everything, you could imagine as a first car how many questions I had.
When I picked my car he even stayed overtime to explain me bits and pieces regarding my car and that made me comfortable and confident which I truly appreciate 😌 🙏
He is very professional,but also such a nice and friendly person.
I also want to say thank you to Will for helping with the finance process and GAP insurance and the gentleman who helped me with the payment for my insurance ( I am ashamed I didn't get his name,but he is good with technology and Jag knows who I am talking about )
I truly recommend Richmond Suzuki as I am impressed with their services and the whole team.

Used Car
We bought a used car from Richmond Motor Group Fareham. They were all very polite and helpful. Both Will and Mo were great and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get a new or used car.

today we picked up our lovely new vitara from suzuki fareham the sales team have been amazing especially the the lovely salesman jaq who could not have been more helpful and friendly
i must also mention will the sales manager for his generousity and

Well presented staff friendly environment and service. Jag Sigh was our sales person with a very friendly attitude. Thank you for sorting the problem so quickly with one of the alloy wheels amazing response. Well done you for customer service.
