I shop here a lot because my son loves it but the customer service is so bad I donât even want to anymore. I was sent the wrong size shoe and had to go back in forth with customer service who was telling me I received what I ordered and the shoes run small. They sent me a sizing chart and I sent back the measurements of the shoe showing that according to THEIR sizing chart I got the wrong size. After a lot of back and forth all i received was a $25 credit and the email that was sent was so rude saying and you can keep the size 5 shoe that you ordered. So passive aggressive and this it from a professional company.
Disastrous experience, embarrassing customer service
I placed an order on November 23rd and today, December 10th, my package is still nowhere to be found. It shows as âstuck in customs clearance,â which is frankly ridiculous â even parcels coming from China donât run into issues like this.
I contacted RIPNDIPâs customer service, and their response was somehow even worse than the situation itself: instead of showing even a minimum level of interest or professionalism, they completely washed their hands of the matter, shifting all responsibility elsewhere. I was told, with unacceptable nonchalance, that I should handle it myself and contact the carrier. This kind of attitude is the epitome of incompetence and total disregard for customers.
After nearly twenty days, I canât even review the products because, of course, nothing has arrived.
A brand that claims to be âprofessionalâ offering service this poor is simply shameful. This will undoubtedly be the first and last time I ever order from them.
Update â December 15th
As of today, December 15th, the package has finally been delivered â 16 business days after the order was placed.
The products themselves are actually nice and meet expectations; however, this does not change the outcome of my review in any way.
The overall experience was still disastrous, marked by unacceptable delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. A smooth delivery is part of the service, not an optional extra.
Despite the quality of the merchandise, I will never order from this website again.

Ordered a few items, clothing and accessories. Everything arrived super fast, was well packaged and like the webside said, no extra import duties etc.

I placed a $450 order to Canada, paid the extra money for their so-called âOrder Protectionâ, and guess what? I NEVER received my order, and these clowns have been dragging me around since October. Itâs now December and they STILL refuse to give me my refund.
They told me I had to file a police report â fine, I did that back in NOVEMBER. The police confirmed it and approved it. But apparently that wasnât good enough for RIPNDIP. Then they told me I had to go get a PDF copy of the report. So I literally drove over an hour to Newmarket and paid ANOTHER $100 out of my own pocket just to get this stupid PDF. I sent it to them immediately.
And guess what?
They STILL say itâs ânot approved.â They STILL say itâs ânot received.â
Theyâre pulling excuse after excuse just to avoid giving me MY MONEY BACK.
I have now spent over $550 on an order I never received, plus extra money I should NEVER have had to spend. This company is absolutely shameless. The customer service is useless, robotic, and clearly trained to run you in circles until you give up. Iâm convinced at this point that this brand survives off scamming people who never end up getting their refunds.

I've been a supporter for 5+ years and the quality of clothing has just gotten worse and worse as well as their customer service.
They advertised NermBooBoos as a pre order item in late August. I purchased them along with a couple hundred $ in clothing and bc the pre order items are having issues, they are holding the rest of my order hostage even tho my purchase amount is nearly twice the free shipping amount. Like why can't you send the items that I paid for months ago? Then send the booboos once you guys figure it out? I had to also send multiple emails to get them to give me any sort of info, which wasn't much. Just that the booboos are having issues, and they will reach out when they have more info on a shipping day. So literally, nothing. My order was nearly $300 and I've spent thousands in the years. After this order, I dont think ill be supporting any more. I could have bought all the items (except the booboos) during the Labor Day sale at nearly half the price and shipped out within a week. At the very least you'd think they could have offered to send all other items I have already boughten and paid for (at full price), before everyone else did on Labor day.
These items were for a birthday. A birthday in October. Just lame.

This company is a joke. I was getting ready to buy a few items for my son when I noticed a 10% discount for first time customers. I entered my email address and received a link to subscribe to the newsletterâŠI subscribed but received no discount code or instructions for getting one. I emailed âcustomer serviceâ on Monday asking about how to get discount. Later that day I received a reply that said â You should receive a code if you have not previously signed up. Thanks!â Seriously? I specifically said I signed up (never had before) and didnât get the code. So I replied with words to that effect. On Tuesday I heard nothing back and found a phone number. So I called and left a message. Today is Wednesday and not only havenât I received a response but there is no longer a 10% discount for first time customers. The terrible reviews come as no surprise.

I build a cart online and what happened was while the cart was in limbo. Somebody bought the last pair of large sweatpants, so it adjusted it to extra small with no kind of notification.
Unfortunately I make this discovery after placing the order but not long after it was still the same day so I desperately reach out on all of their social medias, Email, phone all to not get a response for two days until you guessed it the moment I get a text that says the product is shipped. Minutes after I hear from rip and dip. Basically telling me that thereâs nothing they can do since the order has already been placed. This brand has cool designs. Iâll give them that, but thatâs not gonna justify me giving them my money again after not owning up to a mistake that was completely out of my control and not really even hearing the customer out, Now Iâm out $38 because they wouldnât offer me a refund, or store credit even though my purchase had order protection on it.
To say Iâm disappointed would be an understatement. Take your business elsewhere.
