I purchased a ceramic plate from
Ripndip and the item waa delivered in a protective box; however, upon opening it the plate was badly chipped in places. This is not how the item appeared on the website in photos, nor did the description mention the item might come badly chipped in places.

It is apparent the item was broken before it was sent as there were no fragments inside the box. It would appear that Ripndip do not have any adequate quality control measures in place.

I contacted Ripndip only to receive a completely nonchalant and ambivalent response. They denied any issue with the product despite photographic proof to the contrary that it was badly chipped. As the item was a plate, any chips or damage to the surface invites bacteria to enter into the broken edges when used. When the plate is washed, contaminated water will seep under the ceramic coat and discolour and lift the finish. No one wants to receive an item that is broken, particularly when paying full price as I did.

Despite this, all Ripndip customer service offered me was a gift card for the value of the plate but there is nothing further that I wish to purchase from them. Plus their shipping costs are also very high so this would leave me out of pocket, They sold me a defective product and all I had reasonably wanted was my money back for the item. Instead all that I received was denial of the problem followed by inadequate action and an inappropriate solution as a response. No apology was offered at any time. The final insult was their closing comment which was punctuated by an exclamation mark. In verbatim this was their response.

“I can issue a gift card for the value of the plate but this does not appear to be defective.

Thanks!”

Needless to say, I will not be shopping with Ripndip again after this experience as they have proven themselves to be a rude, sneaky and extremely dishonest retailer selling defective products. BUYER BEWARE indeed! Do not waste your money.

Didn’t receive my items and when I contacted them they wouldn’t provide a refund or replacement. Waited 3 weeks to get a clear bag that wasn’t from ripndip. Have a feeling they are scamming.

I ordered my item on October 20th however I still haven't received any notice that my item has been shipped as right now on 11/14th.
When I asked what's going on this what they replied to me.
"Essentially our shipping partner refused to process our orders and removed us from their warehouse without notice last week. We have now moved into a new facility and we are processing your order and they estimate it will ship early next week"
This was the last email I received and still no movements.UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST.
I want my money back and I do not believe them at all.I feel like they SCAMMED me.

Amazing quality and fit. Quick delivery and amazing communication. Super super happy. Might get a new wardrobe now ha.

Ordered a backpack deal from ripndip on the 8th and they still haven’t even shipped the package yet! I tried emailing ripndip to find out what’s going on but I didn’t receive any help. Rip my $125😐

Similar experience to others. Been waiting over 6 weeks for package and no update on tracking page for weeks. Customer service extremely unhelpful, keep just replying in 3 word emails saying it’s on its way despite no change in tracking for 3 weeks. Really disappointing.

I’ve been ordering stuff from them for almost a year and i really don’t get all the negative reviews. All of the clothes i’ve bought are still in mint condition even after washing them a lot of times (note : wash them without fabric softener on a wool program on the lowest heat and lowest rpm so that they get washed very softly). Shipping does take long (with regular shipping it’s between 1-1,5 months), but over 95 dollars it’s free shipping and one sweater mostly puts you over that amount. If you go over 95 dollars you can also choose express shipping for like 5 dollars and it arrives within a week (i’m from belgium so i’m bassically at the other side of the world and with express shipping it always arrives withing 3-5 bussiness days). Up untill now their comstumer service always helped me out very well and returning stuff is very easy. However they don’t do refunds. Personally i do find the clothes to be the nicest if they are a bit oversized so i normally order 1 size bigger than i would normally go for (i’m a medium and large is perfect for me). The T-shirts i personally don’t find to be the best, not because of quality but because of the way they fit me, they kind off like taper a bit inwards towards the waste and they are a bit long for a regular shirt wich i don’t really like but that’s just my personal preference.
All in all i’m super happy about everything, i never had anything rip, fluff up or fade after washing, etc etc. It is a bit expensive but in return you get high quality and very unique pieces wich will last you a very long time.

*Post note : if you’re a stoner they also sell some really sick and very good bongs, pipes, ashtrays, rolling trays, etc.

Kaufte den Save the World Hoodie, und bin begeistert. Er hat eine tolle Qualität und der Versand dauerte nur knapp über 2 Wochen, angemessen für eine Lieferung aus Amerika. Die Sendungsverfolgung mit Route hat nicht ganz funktioniert, mit unregelmäßigen Updates. Aber trotzdem tolles Produkt, vielleicht werde ich hier wieder bestellen!

Still waiting for my parcel After almost 1 month

Lists items as gauranteed shipping in three (3) business days; however after waiting over two (2) weeks the customer service department cannot provide ETA or Tracking. Takes two (2) to three (3) days to get a response for customer service.

Pésimo servicio al cliente, si uno compra algo y por alguna razón devuelves una compra no te rembolsan te dan un cupón por menor precio y además no hay modo de dirigirse con ellos, solo por email.

Mejor compra en otros lugares.

The quality of the product is not great. The T-shirt that I received was way too long for a standard size. so I requested a return and refund. Not only did I have to pay for shipping back, but also they would not refund the original form of payment as requested in return.

Batik-Hoodie sieht super aus. Aber sehr schlechte Qualität. Nach ein paar mal waschen sieht der Stoff wie ein alter abgewetzter Putzlappen aus, überall Löcher, eingerissen wie Pergamentpapier. Preis: CHF 129.90!
Wurde vom Verkaufsladen zurückgenommen, gegen einen Gutschein.

Jeg har den 22 september 2021 købt nogle julegaver hos ripndip. Måtte så sande i starten af december at jeg stadig ikke har hørt noget fra jer endnu. Jeg skriver til jer, hvor det eneste svar jeg får er er nr hvor jeg kan følge pakken. Der står intet d 12 dec står der at pakken er modtaget i Holland
Får nu et håb om at pakken når frem så jeg har en julegave til min nevø. Da vi mår den 18 dec står der stadig at pakken er i Holland, jeg skriver til jer igen. Får samme svar som sidst, el nummer på pakken. Vi når den 23 dec og skuffet må jeg erkende at min nevø ikke får en julegave i fysisk form af mig i år😢 først den 29 dec, står der nu at pakken er ankommet til destinations landet. Vi har nu d 4 januar 2022 og har stadig ikke modtaget noget

Det kan da ikke være rigtigt at ens varer er 1,5 mdr under vejs. Der stod da jeg bestilte at der ville gå mellem 5-7 dage før jeg ville modtage min vare.

I was not expecting the quality to be so low. Both t-shirt and sweater are very low quality. I won’t return them only because I live outside USA. But come on, the price is too high and it doesn’t reflect the quality of the clothes. I’d buy the t-shirt for maximum 5€.

Noch nie so enttäuscht gewesen, fast nen Monat gewartet, viel Geld für unglaublich schlechte Qualität ausgegeben und zurück schicken geht nur ungetragen und mit intakter Verpackung! Blöd, wenn man die Sachen an probiert oder sogar nur auspackt und merkt, dass sie für Zwerge gemacht sind. Die Ribbed beanie ist in,, one size'' wohl für Babys gemacht, die Tie Dye beanie sitzt schrecklich und das Shirt ist neben dem billigen Material in Large wohl für Leute die es Hauteng mögen. Katastrophe. 100€ fürn Haufen Müll.

Ripndip have offered the worst shipping experience I've ever experienced. I orderd a couple of clothes from Sweden on the 22nd of November, and now almost a month later have the clothes still not arrived. I haven't received any updates what so ever since 12th of December, I even tried contacting ripndip support and the local shipping carrier where the package should be accoring to the tracking apps and websites, but neither gives me any information about my package.

I like the brand and I previously bought ripndip clothes but from bluetomato and I got my clothes, but if you live outside the US like me do I not recommend to order directly from the ripndip website, I'm not even sure I'll ever get the package I ordered.

Parcel didn't arrive for almost an entire month. Asked politely for help numerous times and they just tell me to check the tracking. Which of course hasn't updated for 3 weeks because the parcel has been lost. I'm now stuck between RipnDip and Hermes with no one providing a resolution or even apologizing for the inconvenience.

the hoodies look cool but they are very low quality i had one for present and it started to fluff.
