Fantastic service from Rock quality product, would go anywhere else now pleasure to deal with

Ive had a 55hex 6 x 3 5 years and a 3x3 for 2 years both still working like new. Canopy fades but hey mine tend to be up for at least 8 months of the year. Ive also broke them and the guys at rock awnings are super helpful getting parts. Easy to fix to.
Just for reference i treat mine badly and they hold up.

Received our printed Hex 55 today, more robust than I was expecting. Great quality but on the heavier side.

Having spent nearly £1k on two gazebos I had an issue with the roof canopy on one that had developed a tear.

From the pictures I sent I was told this wasn't a manufacturing fault - without inspecting the product properly or seeing the full extent I was told there was nothing they could do unless I PAID for a replacement canopy!!

This Gazebo cost nearly £600 and is less than 8mths old... Terrible product and customer service.

I got a gazebo from this company in July and I’ve now used it a few times. Very sturdy build quality and can be put up with sides on in about 30 minutes. I had a mishap last week where I had left it out in the wind and one of the legs were broken. Ordered a replacement leg and delivered in two days. Can’t fault them for service and quality.

A really simple order placed via a telephone call with a very helpful chap, arrived within 2 days of my 4.30pm order, so very impressed.
Used the Hex 45 for the first time at an event this weekend and have past on the companies details to 2 fellow vendors who are in need of a replacement and a first time purchaser.
I am registered disabled however myself and my husband were able to put this up easily, the weights are a necessity if it is going to be windy, they give added peace of mind when leaving set up overnight at events.
I would recommend this company and a hex45 if you need a good quality gazebo for outdoor events for your business.

We bought a Rhino hex 45 in January this year, as my wife sells at antique and collectors fairs. First time used was fine , second time the two end panels ripped at the zips , the wind wasn't strong ,gusting to about 25 km. I contacted Rock on our return and spoke to Richard , he could not have been more helpful . We had 2 new end sheets within 3 days , no quibbling, just excellent customer service .
I have had to contact him again ref a further tear at the zip on the side panel . Again excellent service. Would recommend Rock for pop up gazebos

Bought one of the explorer gazebos last week and put it up yesterday at a fundraising event we were at,I have to say it’s superb quality,went up easily,easy to take down,was very sturdy on a quite windy day,and I loved the screw in tent pegs that are far better than the cheap usual ones you get.
We’re two ladies,small in stature but got this erected in a couple of minutes,it felt very secure and stable,would 100% recommend

Sent the wrong colour gazebo sides.

Doing an event this weekend and couldn’t sort until Monday.

Leaving me without protection for the event then wanted me to faff around and wait in for a delivery driver to do a swap.

I work full time!

Not impressed.

Took 5 working days to get delivered
Cheap poor quality bag supplied not as displayed
Frame legs flayed outwards significantly:
- ground bars would not attach
- side walls stretched to fit
- Joints under excessive tension with certain premature failure predictable
Informed them of issues.
They suggested sending me a better bag and a another canopy to try on a next day delivery
After nothing was received 8 days later, I requested a refund.
They said I would need to package and return the item at cost to myself.
This is against distant trading regulations for damaged goods.

Quality of product was poor
Standard of aftercare non-existent
Delivery fulfilment very slow and not as promised

Brilliant and friendly service. Highly efficient.

I've had 2 explorer gazebos off these guys, and some other stuff like gutters and tie downs.
Everything I've had is quality - the gazebos are the best for the cost I've come across - they're even that rare thing now - easily repairable.
If I've ever needed help, or to get hold of them, they're responsive and helpful.

Easily the best company I deal with.

Some delay in my Gazebo being sent in April due to either Brexit and or pandemic ....but well worth waiting for. The gazebo has been up for about 6 weeks now and I am delighted with the quality and strength of the frame...a far cry from my previous cheap ones...the fabric is excellent and certainly totally waterproof in even the heaviest rain...I realise that these gazebos are fairly expensive but they are worth every penny

Great customer service.

We ordered a rather huge gazebo without thinking through where we’d store it - so when it arrived, we realised we couldn’t really keep it! Our own silly fault, because the dimensions and weights are all clearly given on the product pages. I phoned Rock Awnings, got straight through, was assured there was no problem in it being refunded. I sent it back, and as soon as they received it, they contacted me again to confirm that the refund was being processed. Perfect service. And I expect the gazebos are lovely too!

Superb products and fantastic customer service. We bought the Explorer 3*6m last year and , due to lockdown, it didn't get used until this year. In the recent high winds the canopy got damaged, our own fault, not a product issue in the slightest, and we bought a new one. Ordered on the Monday afternoon, arrived Wednesday morning. Very happy with the pop-up gazebo, sturdy materials for both frame and canopy. Leg weights highly recommended also. Definitely needs four people to erect, the instructions suggesting two people are sufficient are nicely optimistic. Have already recommended Rock Awnings to friends (who have purchased also) and wouldn't hesitate to again.

The customer service is second to none, and the quality of the product is top drawer. I bought the 3m x 4.5m Rhino Hex 45, and I couldn't be happier. Richard from the company was amazingly helpful in sorting out an issue with the courier damaging the gazebo carrier bag in transit. Sent me a new one the next day...superb customer service. Would have no hesitation in recommending Rock Awnings at every level. Great job, keep up the good work, 5 stars all the way!!

I have been using the Hex45 for a year and it's a pretty solid gazebo. I have used the explorer one as well and its exceptionally good value for money.

Recently had a foot break off one of the legs, emailed friday afternoon and replacement received 11am the next day. Exceptional service with printing as well.

Would highly recommend this company and there products are second to non.

This company advertises it's phone number and answers it. They called me because they had a problem with my order. Sorted out with one friendly call. This proved to me that this company is upfront and genuine before I received my gazebo. Good honest service and great products.
