Superb supplier of an excellent quality gazebo. One of the walls had a fault with the zipper and a replacement is being arranged quickly and easily.

Would agree with another reviewer it'd be good to know the courier tracking number when parcel is sent. Tnt don't seem to do this either.

Absolutely love how easy it is to assemble the gazebos. They really do pop up. Quality of gazebo is great too.

Would be nice if manufacturer sold walls with zipper able windows but working on a remedy for that.

Ended up having several faults with zippers including after 6 months of light use so do watch out for this.

Spent ages looking for a cheap pop up gazebo. Eventually settled for one from this company because of the quality of the fabric that was supplied and that it was waterproof.

It wasnt the cheapest but I dont mind paying a bit more for quality. Ordered late at night so Paid for next day delivery before 2pm but wasnt expecting it to arrive by then. However following day by 2pm it still hadn't arrived. Called rock awning and they gave me the tracking number (could easily have been one of those companies that never answer or dont get back to you once they made a sale) and TNT had it out for delivery. Rock awnings feel like a good company to deal with so happy to give 5 stars and recommend.

I purchased a gazebo from Rockawnings over a year ago and it's been outside braving the elements since delivery, the product is still perfect despite all the storms that have passed through. I had a small issue on delivery which was dealt with immediately and very professionally, superb Company that fully deserves 5 stars.

Brilliant customer service and outstanding quality products. All companies should strive to reach this level of quality and care.
