Easy and Efficient Refinance

I loved how easy it was to find everything I needed on the Rocket app! So easy to navigate and find answers to any questions I had. The whole process was fast and efficient. Great job Jesse Heath too!! Closing costs were not too high and the signing was done within 25 minutes.

Still didn't close yet

Still didn't close yet, was supposed to on 10/5/26 but not just once but twice the paperwork was not completely filled out by Rocket Mortgage like it should have been. Documents I pre-signed had to be signed by me again. Our notary was great but everything on RMs side is unorganized and not completed before closing date.

Feedback

There's alot that goes on behind the scenes, so I do appreciate you guys doing the work. Alot of things can go wrong, but they didn't for the most part. I told my closing specialist that I wanted Joint Tenants with Full Rights of Survivorship for the title on 8/18/2026, but somehow, it was missed and my wife is not on the title. They called me the day before closing (Closing was on 9/18/26) to fix the error, but I didn't want to delay the closing any further. They had a month to prepare. Not sure how that happened.
