Great communication

All of the identity questions were related to my sons information, therefor someone had to come out in person. Other than that everything went well.

First I want to say the people are very friendly. But, it seemed disorganized. We ended up not closing the numbers for final kept changing. What was given to me and my sister were both very different. We asked for clarification a few times and then never got an explanation for the numbers. The loan amount was reduced by $12k but my payments stayed the same. The gift of equity amount didn’t change based on a new appraisal value which also didn’t seem right.

The process was excellent, a little confusing at times, but it all worked out. Too bad the homeowners didn’t tell us the well was dry.

I dealt with several different agents/departments online through emails from beginning to end. My experience was very positive and quite simple. Everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable and pleasant. I liked how there were different steps along the way to closing and that Rocket had everything organized.

Jan Wilcox was very patient and incredibly accommodating. She’s stuck with me while I had Internet problems and then IP address problems, etc. etc.. She was never condescending or impatient.

Tom, and Mia, have been extremely patient with us, always fast to answer and respond to all of our questions. We tried another mortgage company first, before Rocket & it was a disaster . Thats how we ended up with Rocket & we are so greatful that we did. With Rocket Mortgage, it was a great experience as buying your first home should be.
