This was one of the worst experiences I have had with Rocket....after being a customer for more than 20 years and having multiple mortgages/loans with Rocket, the process of this HEL took more than 35 days to complete! Our friends went with UWM and their HEL was closed in 10 days!! never again.....

Great experience everyone was extra helpful and patient!
I started my home buying experience on July 30th 2026. Nikki Wyatt was my loan officer she was absolutely great 10+⭐️. The rest of my team Matthew Cristiano, and Ben Holtquist also absolutely great 10+⭐️. We closed on my loan August 31st 2026. For a first time home buyer they made my experience perfect!!
