Excellent. The delivery was quoted as much longer. However, stocks must have arrived quicker than anticipated and my parcel duly despatched early. Thank you so much. Great service.

Great service

The game arrived earlier than expected. In perfect condition and with no damage to the box. The only downside was the fact that the delivery company EVRi (Hermes) left the package in the front garden.

Ordered two board games, one arrived damaged, tried to get in touch via the contact form and have heard nothing back which is a bit disappointing but other than that was good value, just wish it wasnt damaged.

I ordered 3 items of Warhammer with Rogue Games after signing up on 16/03/2022 and spent £77.51. I received the automated confirmation email and that was the last I have heard of Rogue Games exactly 4 weeks later.

On 31/03 (over 2 weeks after initial order) I sent a polite email asking details on my oder understanding that there might be a backlog but concerned that I hadn't heard anything. No reply received.

Last week on 05/04 I sent a second email asking for an update and a reply to my first query. I have yet to receive a reply to that either.

There has so far been zero customer service provided by Rogue Games and I have sent an email today 13/05/2022 (4 weeks after initially making my order) requesting a refund and highlighting the issues I've had with my order. I half expect this email to also disappear into the ether and not hear anything back in which case I will go through Paypal and try to get my money back that way.

To be clear, I understand that there can sometimes be backlogged items bought and that this is clearly communicated on the website but I have an issue with the zero effort approach to customer communication that this store has and I will absolutely not be using them again when there are plenty of good alternatives online and in the UK. The extra £1-2 saved when compared to a larger store like Wayland Games is not worth it in the slightest.

Good experience with this company. They answered a query of mine via email within a couple of days and once the items I'd ordered had come into stock they were promptly sent to me. Happy with the service in this respect.
However, I do wish that Rogue games (and some other companies out there) would be more upfront about delays in products that have already been out of stock for months rather than saying it'll be available in 1-2 weeks every week. Hence the 4 star rating.

I had used Rogues Games a few times before and had, sadly, not read the negative reviews here. My mistake.

I placed a pre-order with them. I received the usual order email telling me it was “on back order” - impossible, as the item was not released for another week. A week later release day comes and goes - no contact.
I sent a polite chaser email the following Tuesday, as all online retailers have the items I have ordered in stock (but not Rogue…). Wondering where my items are. No reply
I send a further polite email on the thursday asking where the items are and, unless they can guarantee delivery by the next Monday, I request that they cancel the order.
I receive a reply on friday saying we’re expecting a delivery early next week so will dispatch then, or you can cancel. I reply immediately - politely - please cancel. Of course - no reply.
I chase Monday morning - please confirm you’ve cancelled it.
Monday evening I get a dispatched email.
I have sent several further emails asking them how to resolve this, but no reply. Today i received the items in totally inappropriate packing, all boxes crushed and the book damaged. Of course - i expect no reply.

Worth noting they always put Games Workshop items up for sale on the friday night before GW release them on the Saturday. I guess that should have been a red flag.

Update - five days after I posted this review Trustpilot got in touch to say Rogue Games think I should have placed a negative review about Games Workshop, not them. I have still received no reply to the multiple emails I have sent Rogue Games cancelling my order, or asking them how to return it and refund me my money. But they managed to contact trust pilot to complain about the review. Says it all….

Corner of book was bent, but apart from that in good condition. Arrived very fast.

Items turned up well wrapped, and were a good price to start with. No issues with the delivery either.

No worries about purchasing items friendly to talk to.

Always great Warhammer products at amazing prices, making the hobby affordable. Multiple ways to pay helping to spread the cost. Cant fault Rogue in the slightest. Cant wait to place my next order with them!
