Slow to reply, very difficult to get hold of, dismissive and unhelpful when they eventually did reply.

Chased for nearly a week and a half on Facebook and Instagram after sending multiple messages via the site. Number featured on their Instagram doesn’t exist. My facebook messages were ignored then removed along with other customer comments.

The issue related to a copy of Red Harvest, where several parts had clearly broken, and would require careful repair work. Was told the damage was ‘beyond minor’ and to fix it myself. I’m aware of a wealth of other companies that would have offered partial refunds, replacement parts etc. So I’ll stick with them in future.

I would advise reading the numerous other similar reviews here, as I wish I had.

Really unhappy experience. Order was dispatched on the 18th Nov and supposed to arrive within 3-5 business days. After waiting over a week i emailed to find out what happened; I have no issue with delayed orders but was worried that it may have been lost in post. After a very long time with poor communication and responses about my order they finally contacted me (almost 2 weeks later) saying that things were quite backed up because its this time of the year and that my order would be sent out by the end of the week and to contact them if i didnt recieve the order within 5 days. I had no issue with this as I completely understand what its like around christmas, but then today (4th dec) I recieve an email saying my order has been cancelled. While I have been fully refunded, the product i purchased is extremely rare and almost impossible to come by and I have spent a significant amount of time trying to aquire this product
For RogueGames to cancel the order after having messed me around for 2 weeks with no explanation why they can't just send me the product at a later date was really unfair and a massive let down especially as generally I would have no issue with it simply being a delay in receiving it.

My order took a week to arrive and was no longer required. I’ve sent several messages and emails over the following weeks, in order to arrange a return and zero reply. And no contact phone number to chase up which is extremely unhelpful. I’d never buy from this company again.

After having issues sourcing a miniatures set from another company, I chose to buy from Rogue Games. Although I had to wait for stock to become available, their communication and customer service was the best I have experienced from any gaming shop. They answered my queries regarding the status of my order promptly and politely, and when stock was available, sent my order promptly.
I'm so happy with the service from Rogue Games that I have just made another order with them. Highly recommend.

Fast efficient delivery, well packaged.

The item I ordered was out of stock after 2 weeks I emailed them to find out what was going on I was told stock would be arriving in a couple of days and it would be sent straight out to me that was 2 weeks ago and I’ve not herd anything very slow to respond to communication I will not be using them again😥

Items were dispatched in quick order and arrived safely, as always.
I would recommend Rogue Games to anyone, it's a great store.
