Jeg prøvede at bestille nogle toppe.
Men når jeg angav at det var til Danmark, blev alt tekst fra engelsk til tysk....
Hvorfor?.... jeg forstår engelsk.... det et sandt at Tyskland er min nabo, men jeg kan ikke tysk længere, og engelsk er stemplet som et universelt sprog....

Buy most of their clothes from Shien! Haven't used the application really when I tried to do it, it was in German only. I think I will stick to Shein. Such a shame I had a coupon but the website/application has a lot of bad reviews.

I ordered it to Florida. It was in Georgia now is going CHINA to be sent to Florida. They have really nice clothes but yo. I'm one state down. Why you send to to China when it was a 7 hour drive or a quick flight to me. But instead their sending it across the world to come to me.

Be aware of this company. I believe I made an account with them years ago but I never bought anything. Anyways I find out from my credit report that my data has been found on the dark web from this Romwe account.

Tried to email them to find out what's going on and how it's going to be sorted and still yet no reply. Just beware.

Recebi uma calça agora dessa marca e simplesmente estou apaixonada pela marca, virei fã brasileira, Nordestino e Paraibana, vão na fé que essa faz a diferença, Parabéns!!!

Do NOT think you are going to get good customer support. They wanted me to keep badly fitting jeans that were not as described for a 50% refund! They have messed me around for so many days back and fourth just for a label! They have now messed me around with posting it back! I paid $17 and they REFUSE to refund it. They are a company who are not for the customers and I would advise against them.

Edited to add: The outcome was days of denying me my refund of postage. I challenged them with consumer law, they don’t care of course. They then tried saying they hadn’t received my parcel.. literally games and games and on top of that they still had the nerve to take over $10 MORE off the refund. It’s ok. I’m an amazing customer and if I find companies who are amazing I am loyal. This experience has made me look into the ways in which these China based companies produce their stuff and wow, what an eye opener. This ROMWE company is SHIEN. They are currently in 50 federal court cases.. Obviously people are waking up like I definitely have and realised there is better quality companies out there… This experience has helped me tell them to kiss my a*** goodbye. I would rather pay that little extra for better fitting clothing and better quality.

The little comment they leave below about “we are so sorry blah blah let us help you “ is all absolutely BS. They will play a little game and run you around. Their businesses are going under anyway because people have had enough

Some products have not the best quaality, but you can tell by the pictures. Other stuff is great and the price is amazing.
This is were I buy the majority of my clothes now, as returning items is easy, and the parcels don't take long to arrive.

Love Rowe so much!! I always find the best stuff for amazing prices, and they never let me down. They also have the cutest jewelry and accessories.
