Estaba esperando un pedido por bastante tiempo y me llegó un objeto equivocado.
Eran los primeros zapatos que pedía por esta tienda, los zapatos eran Mary Jane y ya llevaba varios días esperando ese pedido, cuando llega por fin, lo abro y me doy cuenta que ni siquiera son los zapatos que yo encargue, me llegaron unos tenis que nada que ver con lo que pedí.
La neta que mal pedo que en una tienda como está te pase algo así, aparte de que no puedo hacer devolución por motivos personales.

Articles pas cher et livraison plus rapide qu'indique, malheureusement je trouve que les photos sont souvent trop différentes des articles reçus (matière notamment). Je sais qu'il ne faut pas s'attendre à des produits de grande qualité quand on commande sur des sites pas chers mais je trouve la pratique malhonnête. C'est dommage car malgré tout j'aime vraiment ce site qui propose des pièces uniques pour un look alternatif à bas prix !
Site à priori plutôt fiable
Après 3 commandes et un retour, rien de négatif à dire.
Les vêtements sont de plutôt bonne qualité par rapport au prix.
Seul bémol livraison un peu longue, mais c'est normal.

UPDATE: Their response to this review shows you exactly what kind of company they are. The page they directed me to is a customer service bot, which eventually will create a ticket, which directs you to the same customer service I've been dealing with all along.
They don't care about their customers. They just respond here to pretend like they're doing something.

I'd give zero stars if I could.
I had tons of reservations about this company because it seemed like a scam and I was absolutely right.
I purchased a gift card for a birthday present and sent it to myself (because I wanted to make sure it came through) and immediately, I got an email stating my payment didn't go through. Except I could see on my credit card that I'd been charged. No GC appeared in my inbox. I checked spam. I emailed customer service. No response.
A day later I needed the gift still so I purchased another. That one went to spam. I immediately emailed customer service to say I needed to cancel the first and refund my money. No response.
I have now emailed them so many times I've lost count. They claim the have no way of refunding my money which I do not believe at all. They keep telling me to just use the GC which I still do not have.
I don't want the gift card. I only bought the second one because the first never came through and their own email said it didn't.
They don't care. They don't read anything I've said in my emails. They have no desire to fix anything because at this point they have a free $50 charge.
This company is so so shady and absolutely cannot be trusted.

WORST CLOTHING WEBSITE this place is TRASH also the person who said shein is better is double digit IQ because they're SISTER STORES! I got an email saying they cancelled part of my order because it was out of stock but the item i ordered only had 8 left I ordered as soon as i saw it but romwe screwed it all up before the shipping process cancelled a dress I REALLY wanted but if they werent going to come together might as well cancel the whole thing YOU CANT. MORONS! WHY also WHY IS CUSTOMER SERVICE USELESS ROBOT WITH PRE-TYPEABLE TEXT?? Never shopping here or sister locations screw these chinese cheapskate places! SHOP LOCAL. Mi pedido llegó incompleto. Aún así en la plataforma dice que todo fue enviado y recibido.
Y su servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear, ya que no existe una atención personalizada para situaciones como está dado que son preguntas y respuestas precargadas. Por lo que no he tenido solución a mi problema. No hay reembolso de las prendas que no llegaron. Y tampoco encuentro forma de saber la situación real de las mismas.
En su mail no han contestado y ya ha pasado un mes.

Received an email that my account had been hacked (thanks to Mozilla Monitor/Have I Been Pwned?). Never used the site in my life and I can't even delete the account without contacting support. Which you can't, because the option to Ubsubscribe & Delete doesn't work.
Trustpilot removed my review which was posted 2021-01-18.

Ma commande n'est jamais arrivée. Romwe Refuse de me rembourser. Dans le suivi de la livraison, il esi ndiqué qu'elle était en transit /en instance à la douane pendant 3 mois. Puis marquée livrée sans aucun suivi ni horaire de livraison. Le Robot SAV ne me permet pas d'écrire à quelqu'un qui étudie mon dossier. Je n'ai que des réponses générique : regarder bien dans votre boite aux lettres. On ne me rembourse pas. C'était ma première commande et donc la dernière. fr.romwe = escroquerie

What a rip off company. They sent the wrong item and customer service is nothing but a bot. They have zero customer service. I advise to never order from this site. They just steal your money basically.

Avoid if you want your order to actually be delivered. My order has been stuck in transit at the same point for 10 days. Tried contacting the suggested customer services which is an automated bot so cannot find out how to get a refund. Bot say contact tracking company which doesn't work. My order is with Romwe I want my refund from Romwe. There is no way of contacting Romwe to actually talk to a real person. Romwe please don't reply telling me to use the bot link IT DOES NOT WORK there is even less info on there

I know it's going to sound odd but Romwe is way shadier than Shein, and here's why: unlike Shein, if you live outside of the US, you have to pay even for your first return label. It's bound to happen with clothes that seldom correspond to their size chart or that are made with cheap materials. This was the last time I ordered from Romwe

Order not been delivered yet
Terrible service. My order was split in two, part of it (containing 16 items) hasn't been delivered yet, kindly help me out at the earliest as it's a prepaid order and the tracking isn't being updated either. Extremely disappointed with the service!! Second part of the order (containing two items) was delivered on the 7th of April, however no signature was taken either!!
I'm unable to track down this part of the order as nothing has been updated and I've been ordering through romwe since a very long time. Never faced such terrible service, kindly have my order delivered at the earliest as it contains 15-16 items or have the money refunded. Spent almost £100 and receive such terrible service? So unnerving.
Wouldn't recommend buying from Romwe for such terrible and awful service. Extremely disappointed.

My only issue is why one package
My only issue is why one package, named 'package 2' has been sent within 2 days with 2 items. Iv just spent nearly 300 on a haul and package one has no information regarding when it's going to arrive, there is nowhere for me to contact anyone to ask them, I don't even know what company has my parcel as the track and trace is saying its apparently still on the same plane its been on for 5 days. Update your customers and maybe you won't get the back lash. Lack of communication sucks and I haven't treated myself in so long. I was so excited to find 2 items instead of 43 and now have no idea where package 1 is.

J'ai commandé des articles en octobre, reçu en novembre défectueux et renvoyés le jour même le 29/11/21, aucun remboursement - nous sommes le 19/02/2022, rien malgré mes différentes tentatives de les joindre que ce soit sur leur site ou par d'autres biais car j'avais trouvé une adresse mail mais répondent d'aller sur le site. Aucune réponse. Vol ou escroquerie, je pense que c'est le mot - A FUIR ABSOLUMENT
